How to use "AIS eBiz KYC"


In order to complete Company Registration through the self-service process in compliance with the new NBTC regulations, the authorized director or designated representative of your organization is required to complete registration and identity verification via the ThaID application before proceeding with the LIVENESS facial verification process through the AIS eBIZ KYC.

1.Customers will receive an email notification from the system to complete identity verification (KYC).Customers will be able to choose a method to verify their identity through 3 channels.

Channel 1

via the Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC" that can be used on both Android and iOS systems

Channel 2*

via by scan QR Code with mobile phone Then enter and go to step 7.

Channel 3

by pressing the link that will continue with the customer's current device Then enter and go to step 7.

* Note: In the case of making transactions through channels 2,3
- The device used for the transaction must have a camera with the minimum resolution required by the system.
- Transactions can only be done on a one-time basis.

2. In case the customer chooses channel 1: via Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC"After clicking on the logo App Store or Google Play. The system will prompt the customer to download the Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC" to install on phone.

3. After using the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC”Customers can enter the customer's “email” that has been inform to AIS Business. Then press the Login button.

4.Customers will be able to enter the “One Time Password”that has been sent to their email address.

5.When entering the correct One Time Password, customer will be prompted to create a “PIN Code” for accessing the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC” in the next time.

6. Customers open and use the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC” again. The system will provide you with instructions on what to prepare before starting the identity verification (KYC) process. Then press the button ‘Get verified’.

Note

  • For Thai nationals: Please complete the process using an original Thai National Identification Card only. A passport cannot be used.
  • For foreign nationals: Please complete the process using a valid passport.
  • If a different National ID card is scanned from the one registered with the ThaID app,the following message will be displayed. “Because the ID card used for the transaction does not match the ThaID app.

7.KYC Verification through ThaID and Thai National Identification Card For foreigners, please select “Passport” to proceed.

Option 1 : Mobile Application – iOS and Android

1.Tap the pending eKYC verification to begin the verification process

2. Tap ThaID app + National ID Card option to proceed.

3. Tap Start verification with ThaID button.

4.If the ThaID application is not installed on the device.

  • Tap Download ThaID app button to be redirected to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the ThaID app on your device. b) If you wish to install on another device, tap
  • If you wish to install on another device, tap Scan QR with another device button. After scanning the QR code, you will be redirected to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to install the ThaID app on the other device

If the ThaID application is already installed on the device.

  • Tap the "Use ThaID on this device" button to open the ThaID app and proceed with registration if you have not yet completed the registration.
  • If you wish to use ThaID app on another device, tap Scan QR with another device button. After scanning the QR code, you will be redirected to the ThaID app to complete registration if it has not yet been registered on that device.
Option 2 : QR Code

1. tap ThaID app option to proceed /span>

2. Tap Start verification with ThaID button

3. If ThaID app is already installed on your device, tap Use ThaID on this device button to open the ThaID app and proceed with registration if you have not yet registered. If you wish to use ThaID app on another device, tap Scan QR with another device button. After scanning the QR code, you will be redirected to the ThaID app to complete registration if it has not yet been registered on that device

Option 3 : Web Link

1. click ThaID app option

2. click Start verification with ThaID button

3. Web link option: scan the QR code to open the ThaID app on that device and proceed with registration if you have not yet registered



Once ThaID is registered with a valid National ID card, you are required to provide consent by entering your 8-digit PIN in the ThaID app to allow AIS eBiz KYC app to continue with the remaining KYC verification steps.

 

System will display steps to begin the identity verification (KYC) process.

  • Prepare your ID card or passport.
  • Make sure the photography is clear.
  • Take a selfie and follow the steps given by the system.
  • Once identity verification (KYC) has been completed, the system will take the customer to the main page (Home).
  • If your KYC verification is still pending, you will see a red indicator on the “New KYC” option to start the verification process.

8. On the home page, you will see the active identity verification (KYC) status and history of other documents.

9.Customers can click on the screen showing KYC to view the details of KYC documents that are currently in use.

10.In the 'Profile' menu, customers will be able to do various items such as

  • Manage new identity verification
  • App settings
  • Privacy and security
  • If identity verification (KYC) is pending, a red checkmark will appear on the new identity option to start the identity verification process (KYC)
