  1. High-speed internet with maximum speeds (Download/Upload) of 500/500 Mbps or 1000/1000 Mbps.
  2. Service fees exclude 7% VAT.
  3. In cases where cable installation exceeds 300 meters as specified by the company or is outside the service area, the company reserves the right to provide the service.
  4. The package is valid for 12 billing cycles.
  5. Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package for the duration of the 24 month billing cycle.
  6. For service issues, customers can contact the Corporate Call Center at 1740 (24/7). Resolution by expert technicians: within 12 hours for fiber repair, 24 hours for service issues.
  7. Early termination before the end of the 24 month billing cycle requires payment of the remaining monthly fees (Monthly Fee × Remaining Months).
  8. Customers are entitled to borrow equipment, which must be returned upon service termination.
  9. Business Fibre Fixed IP service is not eligible for AIS Points.
  10. For packages with Security Features, subscribers will be protected from cyber threats such as internet-based attacks, external intrusions, access to fraudulent websites, phishing, malware, and worms — according to industry-standard security technology.
