- Limit to 1 AIS mobile phone number per 1 offer.
- Customer will get SMS confirmation when PLAY FAMILY package has been subscribed.
- Customer will get SMS reminder before the service charge.
- Entitled customers can start streaming AIS PLAY website or application, download AIS PLAY APP for free, call *357# through App Store and Google Play Store. Android 4.1 and iOS 8.0 are the minimum supported versions.
- Watch concurrently on 2 screens at the same time per account.
- Service rates are excluding of VAT and internet.
- Any non-usage of this package or cancellation before subscription expiry date, will not entitle you for any refund, compensation or other benefits from the company.
