How to activate 
Step 1
Download the AIS PLAY application.
Step 2
Select the login option Mobile customer choose “log in via mobile number” or home internet customers choose “Log in via AIS 3BB Fibre3"
Step 3
Enter mobile number or internet service number, then press "Continue"
Step 4
Enter the OTP received via SMS and press "Done"
Step 5
Enjoy entertainment content on AIS PLAY.

Stream simultaneously 3 devices
Step 1
Wait to receive an SMS confirming your eligibility to access Prime Video and click the link provided to claim your access.
Step 2
Select “Create account”, then enter your full name, email address, and create a password. Click “Create your Amazon account”.
Step 3
Wait to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the email address you used to register.
Step 4
Enter the OTP received, then click “Create Amazon account”.
Step 5
The system will begin linking your account—this may take a moment.
Step 6
Once your account is successfully linked, select “Start watching”.
Step 7
Choose to download the app to enjoy entertainment on Prime Video.

- Subscriber can watch NBA channels (PLAY SPORTS 55, 56, and 57) on the AIS PLAY application or AIS PLAYBOX.
- You can also watch NBA programs (with exclusive rights available only on Prime Video) on Prime Video.
- Subscriber can watch NBA channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:

Package terms and conditions
- The NBA Monthly package is available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and/or AIS Fibre3 customers who are registered as a residential individual (“Subscriber”).
- The NBA Monthly package is offered at a rate of THB 249 per month.
- Viewable until 30 June 2026.
- The above prices are exclusive of 7% VAT and fees for the main internet service package.
- Subscriber can watch NBA channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
- Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
- Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 4.0 or later), AIS PLAYBOX and Apple TV
- Prime Video service available on 3 devices via Prime Video APP or www.primevideo.com/
- This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
- Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
- The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
