Special AIS Fibre entry fee is only 800 Baht (from 2,000 Baht.)
- This entry fee will be a monthly discount of 100 Baht per month for 8 billing cycles (However, in case of temporary service suspension, the discount will be cancelled.)
Get discount for installation fee with outdoor wiring installation amount of 4,800 Baht.
The following equipment and devices worth 4,990 Baht will be leased to customers :
- A Dual Band WiFi router valued 2,500 baht
- An AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht* (The contract period for equipment service is 24 months)
* Device models depend on the service area I In case customer cancels the service, customer must return all AIS Fibre equipment to the company

- Get a special entitlement access to VIU with no additional charge from PLAY S package.
- VIU privileges is automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY S package.
- PLAY S package is for simultaneous use on 2 screens at the same time per account.
- VIU Premium service available on 5 devices via VIU APP or www.viu.com
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- BROADBAND CONDO Packages are only available to individuals customers with access to Fibre to the Building (FTTB)
- Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
- The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the BROADBAND CONDO package for a continuous 12-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 12-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
- Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
- The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately. Special promotion: Owners of the property where package services will be directed and who can prove ownership with their house registration documents or by other official means will not need to pay any activation fee.
- Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 12-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
- Customers using this package will receive a private IPv4 including a free DDNS* service in addition to a public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
- Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package for the duration of the 12-month billing cycle commitment period (depending on the package you subscribed to).
- When using the AIS Fibre service with any package, the period specified according to the conditions has expired. The system will renew the package to the original one. or according to the promotional program at that time. There will be an SMS notification before the new package starts to be used.
- Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
- The usage entitlements of each package are valid solely within the respective billing cycle. Any unused entitlements shall not be carried forward to subsequent billing cycles. All entitlements shall immediately terminate upon service cancellation, package modification, or transfer of ownership.
- This package is for personal use. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
- Customers wishing to utilize port forwarding must first register on this website:www.thddns.net There are no fees involved and the following registration manuals can also be found there:
- THDNNS registration manual for Public IPv4
- THDNNS registration manual for Public IPv6
- In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment back to an AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. Should customers not return the product within the allotted time, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state, the customer will be liable for damage fees to the company.
“AIS Secure Net” (the “Service”) is the service facilitating the user to check and protect their devices from any inappropriate websites.
- “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
- available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
- AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
- the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
- the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
- the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).
- "AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)
- Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions
- Use of proxy server connection
- Connecting the internet via a public DNSO
ther conditions:
- AWN will inspect and block only websites that may be considered as harmful or illegal.
- AWN reserves the right to discontinue, modify the model of service provision, adjust the conditions of service, or add new features to the Service, at AWN’s discretion, with prior notice of any such mentioned changes.
- AWN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or effects that may be caused by harmful websites that may not have been detected by the Service. The user should check and be careful when accessing websites for their own safety.
- Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
- During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
- For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, The Company reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
