- Delivery methods for service equipment, as follows:
AIS FIBRE3 Subscriber Able to choose from 2 delivery methods as follows:
- Delivery by Kerry Express, free of charge or in accordance with the Company's conditions.
- The delivery of equipment is under the Kerry Express’s conditions. Estimated Delivery Time: Bangkok and its vicinity provinces 2-3 working days, other provinces 3-5 working days.
- Delivery status can be checked on https://th.kerryexpress.com/th/track/
- Delivery by the Company's technician, there is a service charge that must be paid directly to the technician on the day received equipment or in accordance with the Company's conditions.
3BB FIBRE3 Subscriber
- Delivery by the Company's technician, free of charge or in accordance with the Company's conditions.
- The customer will be required to download the AIS Smart CAM app and install the IP camera on their own.
Application of this On-top service can be made to up to 5 points per internet number.
The customer shall acquire the ownership of the IP camera after they have completed the 24 billing cycles. Should the customer be unable to complete the 24 billing cycles, they will be liable for the damage fee incurred from the use of the camera for 1,290 Baht, and acquire its ownership. In such case, the camera can still be in use with the AIS Smart CAM app and playbacks will be available with cloud storage. In case of no cloud storage, only live surveillance will be available.
- In case the service is active, the IP camera can be used with AIS 3BB FIBRE3 only.
- In case the customer has completed the 24 billing cycles or has cancelled the Cloud IP Camera On-top service and paid the IP camera damage fee of 1,290 Baht, the camera will be deemed as a property of the customer, and can be used with any internet network. In case where the customer has cloud storage, the equipment can be used with AIS Smart CAM, together with playbacks available. In case of no cloud storage, only live surveillance will be available.
- Cloud IP Camera service means a cloud storage service for motion pictures or videos recorded by IP Cameras. Subscribers can access real-time live view and playback recordings through the mobile application specified by the Company.
- The Subscriber agrees to use the Cloud IP Camera service in compliance with applicable laws and is solely responsible for the personal data and motion pictures or videos accessed through the registered Mobile Application connected to the IP Camera.
- Cloud IP Camera package is available at THB 99/month/service point (excluding VAT), unless a discount is applied under the main package promotion.
- Subscribers can view event-based recordingsย้อนหลัง up to 7 days through the designated mobile application throughout the service period.
- The Subscriber will receive a discount of THB 1,290 for one IP Camera per service point. Ownership of the IP Camera will be transferred upon completion of 24 months of continuous service and full payment of all service fees.
- Cloud IP Camera is an add-on package available only with the AIS 3BB FIBRE3 broadband internet account on which it is subscribed. It cannot be transferred to or used with any other broadband internet account, even if registered under the same Subscriber.
- Each internet account may subscribe to a maximum of five (5) Cloud IP Camera packages.
- The service period for each package begins on the date the corresponding IP Camera is delivered to the Subscriber.
- Once the Subscriber accepts delivery of the IP Camera, it cannot be returned. The service is subject to the Company's subscription and installation terms.
- If the Subscriber changes the main AIS 3BB FIBRE3 package, all benefits associated with the previous package will terminate immediately.
- The IP Camera remains the property of the Company until the Subscriber completes the applicable package term and fully pays all Cloud IP Camera service fees.
- If the Cloud IP Camera service is terminated before the package term ends for any reason, the Subscriber agrees to pay the Company the amount equivalent to the IP Camera discount received for that package.
- Upon expiration of the package period, the service will be renewed automatically under the rates and conditions of the package available at that time. The Company will notify the Subscriber via SMS before renewal. Subscribers who do not wish to continue must cancel the service before the package expires.
- Relocation of the AIS 3BB FIBRE3 internet installation does not terminate the Cloud IP Camera service.
- If the service is terminated for any reason, the Subscriber will no longer be able to access the registered Mobile Application, and all cloud-stored recordings will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- After-sales service for the IP Camera ends upon completion of the initial package period or upon termination of the service for any reason. Thereafter, after-sales support must be requested directly from the IP Camera manufacturer.
- The Subscriber confirms that consent has been obtained from the relevant Data Subjects for the collection, use, and disclosure of motion picture or video data stored in the Cloud IP Camera system in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable laws.
- Delivery methods for service equipment are subject to the Company's delivery methods, terms, conditions, and applicable delivery fees. The Company may change available delivery methods or fees from time to time.
- Delivery by Private Courier Service
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days for Bangkok and surrounding areas, and 3–5 business days for other provinces.
- Delivery status can be tracked through the courier's tracking system or SMS notifications provided by the courier.

- The Company reserves the right to provide Cloud IP Camera and IP Camera services solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized, improper, or commercial use is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
