The AIS Fibre Home FibreLAN Max 2Gbps package comes with transparent optical-fibre cables for individual room connection to deliver the best connectivity of 2Gbps in every room.
The Home FibreLAN Max 2Gbps package can be applied for individual customers registered for Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) only.
The monthly service fees are VAT-exclusive.
The installation and wiring fee of THB 4,800 is payable in the first monthly cycle. Alternatively, the THB 4,800 installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer use the Home FibreLAN Max 2Gbps package for 24 consecutive billing cycles, counted from the installation date. Should the service be terminated for any reason before 24 billing cycles, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated from the length of services provided.
Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not relocate the point of installation throughout the contract period.

Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require a replacement for the existing equipment or additional equipment will be required to enter upon a 24-month billing cycle service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package. Yet, a THB 4,800 discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the installation date, will be offered.
Customers using this package will receive a Private Ipv4 and a free DDNS* service, in addition to a Public Ipv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of 24 billing cycles.
Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will resume only once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
This package is for personal use only. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.

“AIS Secure Net” (the “Service”) is the service facilitating the user to check and protect their devices from any inappropriate websites.
“AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).
"AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:
Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)
Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions
Use of proxy server connection
Connecting the internet via a public DNSO

AWN will inspect and block only websites that may be considered as harmful or illegal.
AWN reserves the right to discontinue, modify the model of service provision, adjust the conditions of service, or add new features to the Service, at AWN’s discretion, with prior notice of any such mentioned changes.
AWN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or effects that may be caused by harmful websites that may not have been detected by the Service. The user should check and be careful when accessing websites for their own safety.
Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
