This privilege is available to existing AIS-3BB Fibre3 customers who switch to the packages Home net insure, High speed net insure, Safe enjoy net insure and successfully complete the internet installation under the conditions specified by Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited and Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited.
This special privilege is exclusively available to individual customers who have subscribed to AIS‑3BB Fibre3 and hold Thai nationality only.
This home insurance coverage applies only to residential houses and condominiums used for dwelling purposes, and it covers the contents inside structures that are constructed as either type 1 (concrete buildings) or type 2 (mixed concrete-and-wood buildings). It does not cover any offices or commercial properties.
Customers will receive one insurance policy per FBB ID upon successful subscription to the AIS‑3BB Fibre3 service. MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) will issue a separate policy for each subscribed internet service.
The commencement date of the home insurance coverage shall be counted from either the successful equipment installation date or the successful package upgrade date in accordance with the specified conditions, as applicable.
Coverage extends for a duration of 24 months from the start date of the Internet service agreement. The policy will automatically renew after 12 months or terminate early if the customer switches to a different package.
In the event that a customer changes the name of the AIS 3BB Fibre3 service user but retains the same installation address, the home insurance coverage will remain continuously effective, and the company will issue a new policy in the new user’s name to replace the original.
In the event that a customer relocates or changes the installation address of the AIS 3BB Fibre3 internet service to a new location, the home insurance coverage will remain continuously effective, and the company will issue an endorsement to amend the address in the existing policy.
If Advance Wireless Network Company Limited or Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited receive notice of cancellation or suspension of the AIS 3BB Fibre3 service from the customer, the home insurance coverage will immediately terminate without the need for prior notice.
If the customer fails to settle the service fee for more than 60 days (or more than 30 days from the payment due date) whichever occurs earlier, the home insurance coverage will immediately terminate.”

The Company shall indemnify actual losses incurred, subject to but not exceeding the coverage limit specified in the policy.
The Company will indemnify for damages based on the replacement cost valuation of the property, without any deduction for depreciation.
The Company does not cover damages resulting from the earthquake on March 28, 2025, including subsequent aftershocks, which are considered part of the same event.

PLAY STANDARD package is for simultaneous use on 4 screens at the same time per account. Customers can stream via AIS PLAYBOX to watch on a big screen or via AIS PLAY APP through App Store and Google Play Store, Website https://aisplay.ais.co.th/portal, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV and Chromecast. Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 are the minimum supported versions.

The Home Insurance package can be applied for individual customers registered for Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) only.
Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the package for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 24-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of damages, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately. Special promotion: Owners of the property where package services will be directed and who can prove ownership with their house registration documents or by other official means will not need to pay any activation fee.
Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
Customers using this package will receive Public IPv4 and Public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of the 24-month billing cycle.
When using the AIS Fibre service with any package, the period specified according to the conditions has expired. The system will renew the package to the original one. or according to the promotional program at that time. There will be an SMS notification before the new package starts to be used.
Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
This package is for personal use. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.

An AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht. A discount of 3,096 baht/piece will be applied for customers who complete the 24-month billing cycle. Should customers be unable to complete the 24-month billing cycle, they will be liable to the damages calculated according to the length of service provided
In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment back to an AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. Should customers not return the product within the allotted time, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state, the customer will be liable for damage fees to the company.
For customers who apply for the Safe Enjoy Net Insure package, they will receive the right to open a new AIS monthly number and receive the right to use the Internet. The following package terms and conditions apply
Calls and VDO calls to all networks will be charged at a rate of 1.50 baht/minute, while SMS messages will be charged at 2 baht/message, and MMS messages charged at 3 baht/message.
Should the internet quota be exceeded, internet speeds thereafter will be limited to a maximum speed of 64Kbps.
Any additional services not covered under the package will be charged to the monthly bill and those rates do not include VAT.
Package usage is exclusive to the month in which it is designated. Any remaining usage left over at the end of a monthly billing cycle may not be rolled over to the following month. All service privileges will be terminated immediately if the package is canceled, changed, or transferred.
In the event that a post-paid AIS mobile phone number is canceled, changed to a pre-paid package, ported to another network, or transferred to another individual, all service allowances will be terminated immediately, and the monthly AIS Fibre internet services will be immediately changed to its original, full price.
How to get a new SIM card: : After successfully installing AIS Fibre, receive the SIM card from the installer and scan the QR Code from the manual or https://kyc.ais.co.th Follow the steps to activate the SIM card.
The AIS SUPER WiFi username and password will be granted automatically via SMS to the eligible customers. More information at www.ais.th/wifi

Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
