All Fun For All PLAY ALL

This package is available exclusively to AIS postpaid mobile subscribers, AIS prepaid mobile subscribers, and/or AIS-3BB Fibre3 subscribers who are registered and/or identified as natural persons only (the "Subscriber"). 

PLAY ALL Package Fees

Monthly PLAY ALL Package 

• The Subscriber who subscribes to the PLAY ALL Package from 24 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 will be entitled to the promotional price of THB 199 per month (excluding value added tax) for the first twelve (12) billing cycles. Thereafter, the package fee shall automatically revert to THB 299 per month (excluding value added tax).

• The Subscriber who subscribes to the PLAY ALL Package after 30 September 2026 shall pay the standard package fee of THB 299 per month (excluding value added tax). 

Annual PLAY ALL Package

• The Subscriber who subscribes to the PLAY ALL Package from 24 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 will be entitled to subscribe to the Annual PLAY ALL Package at the promotional price of THB 1,999 per year (excluding value added tax). Upon expiry of the initial one (1)-year subscription period, the Annual PLAY ALL Package shall automatically renew at the standard annual package fee of THB 2,999 per year (excluding value added tax), unless the Subscriber cancels the subscription before the renewal date or the Company gives prior notice of any change to the applicable package fee in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

• The Subscriber who subscribes to the PLAY ALL Package after 30 September 2026 shall pay the standard package fee of THB 2,999 per year (excluding value added tax).

Remarks:

• The PLAY ALL Package fees, whether monthly or annual, do not include the charges for the Subscriber's primary internet package. 

• The promotional package price for both the Monthly and Annual PLAY ALL Packages is available only to first-time subscribers. If a Subscriber has previously subscribed to the PLAY ALL Package and subsequently cancelled the subscription, such Subscriber shall no longer be eligible for the promotional price. Any subsequent subscription or subscription made after the promotional period has ended shall be charged at the applicable standard package fee specified above.

• Both the Monthly and Annual PLAY ALL Packages are provided on an automatic renewal basis. By subscribing to the PLAY ALL Package, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company will automatically renew the selected package upon the expiry of each subscription period (i.e., the Monthly Package renews on a monthly basis and the Annual Package renews on an annual basis) at the applicable package fee specified under the PLAY ALL Package Fees section above, unless the Subscriber cancels the subscription or the Company is unable to successfully collect the applicable package fee. If the Company changes the package details or package fees, the Company will provide prior notice through its website or by SMS to the Subscriber's registered mobile number. If the Subscriber does not wish to continue using the service, the Subscriber may cancel the subscription in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. 

• Upon successful subscription to the PLAY ALL Package, the Subscriber will be entitled to access sports channels available through the AIS PLAY application, including Bundesliga, NBA, NFL, LPGA Tour, PGA Tour, DP World Tour and ATP Tour, throughout the period during which the Subscriber remains subscribed to the PLAY ALL Package. If the Subscriber cancels the PLAY ALL Package or the Subscriber's entitlement to the package terminates for any reason, the Subscriber's entitlement to access such sports channels shall automatically terminate. The sports content available under the package may be changed, added, or discontinued from time to time depending on the content rights granted to the Company by the relevant content licensors.

• The Subscriber may access content under the PLAY ALL Package through the AIS PLAY application on a maximum of one (1) device at any given time. Supported devices and operating systems are as follows: 

1. Smartphones and tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later; and

2. Large-screen devices, including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 6.0 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Subscriber's entitlement to the PLAY ALL Package if the Subscriber changes between prepaid and postpaid mobile services, ports to another telecommunications service provider, transfers ownership of the mobile number, changes the status of the Subscriber account, or takes any other action that causes the Subscriber to no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions.

• The applicable package fee shall be charged upon successful subscription. If the Subscriber cancels the PLAY ALL Package before the expiry of the applicable subscription period, the package fee already paid shall not be refunded, whether in whole or in part, except as otherwise required by law. In addition, the Subscriber's entitlement under the PLAY ALL Package may not be transferred, assigned, migrated, or otherwise made available to any other Subscriber account. 

• The PLAY ALL Package is intended solely for the Subscriber's personal use within Thailand. The Subscriber shall not use the package for any commercial purpose or in any manner that may damage, adversely affect the quality of the service, or prejudice the rights of the Company or other subscribers. The Subscriber is prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, forwarding, or sharing the Subscriber's user account with any third party without authorization. If the Company determines that the Subscriber has used the package in violation of any applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, or the intended purpose of the package, the Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the service immediately.

• The Company reserves the right to amend the package details, package benefits, these Terms and Conditions, or the applicable package fees. The Company will provide prior notice through its website or such other communication channels as designated by the Company. 

• The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited (the "Company") may collect, use, and process the Subscriber's personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of providing the PLAY ALL Package, and may disclose such personal data to Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited for the purposes of user account management, identity verification, after-sales services, and the performance of the relevant contractual obligations. Such collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Privacy Notice of the Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited Group, as amended from time to time and available at: https://www.ais.th/about-us/terms-and-legal/privacy-notice.

• The promotional period is from 24 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. 

• These Package Terms and Conditions apply to non-AIS customers who subscribe to the PLAY ALL Package. 

• For non-AIS customers who subscribe to the PLAY ALL Package (the "Subscriber"), the applicable package fee based on the package selected by the Subscriber shall be charged by MIMO Tech Company Limited (the "Company") through the credit card or debit card registered by the Subscriber upon successful subscription. Thereafter, the applicable package fee shall be automatically charged upon the expiry of each subscription period selected by the Subscriber until the Subscriber cancels the subscription or the Company is unable to successfully collect the applicable package fee from the Subscriber. 

PLAY ALL Package Fees 

• Monthly PLAY ALL Package 

• The Subscriber shall pay the PLAY ALL Package fee at the rate of THB 299 per month (excluding value added tax). The Monthly PLAY ALL Package is provided on an automatic renewal basis. 

• Annual PLAY ALL Package 

• The Subscriber shall pay the PLAY ALL Package fee at the rate of THB 2,999 per year (excluding value added tax). The Annual PLAY ALL Package is provided on an automatic renewal basis. 

Remarks: 

• The PLAY ALL Package fees, whether monthly or annual, do not include the charges for the Subscriber's primary internet service.  

• Both the Monthly and Annual PLAY ALL Packages are provided on a continuous subscription basis. By subscribing to the PLAY ALL Package, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company will automatically renew the selected package upon the expiry of each subscription period (i.e., the Monthly Package renews on a monthly basis and the Annual Package renews on an annual basis) at the applicable package fee specified under the PLAY ALL Package Fees section above until the Subscriber cancels the subscription or the Company is unable to successfully collect the applicable package fee. If the Company changes the package details or package fees, the Company will provide prior notice through its website, SMS, or any other communication channel designated by the Company. If the Subscriber does not wish to continue using the service, the Subscriber may cancel the subscription in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.  

• The applicable package fee shall be charged upon successful subscription. If the Subscriber cancels the PLAY ALL Package before the expiry of the applicable subscription period, the package fee already paid shall not be refunded, whether in whole or in part, except as otherwise required by applicable law. In addition, the Subscriber's entitlement under the PLAY ALL Package may not be transferred, assigned, migrated, or otherwise made available to any other Subscriber account.  

• The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited (the "Company") may collect, use, and process the Subscriber's personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of providing the PLAY ALL Package, and communicating information about privileges to Subscriber, and may disclose such personal data to Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited and subsidiary companies for the purposes of user account management, identity verification, after-sales services, and the performance of the relevant contractual obligations, as well as to serve the interests of Subscriber in choosing to subscribe and/or purchase products/services as selected by the Subscriber. Such collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Privacy Notice of the Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited Group, as amended from time to time and available at: https://www.ais.th/about-us/terms-and-legal/privacy-notice.  

• The promotional period is from 24 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
