Go to the main dashboard on GeForce NOW. 
1. On the left-hand menu, select Packages > Current Package.
2. Find your current package and click "Cancel Package".
3. pop-up will appear asking for the reason for cancellation—select your reason and click "Confirm Cancellation".
4. Your package will be successfully canceled.
