Terms and Conditions – MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package 

• The MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package is exclusively available to individual customers who subscribe to AIS postpaid or prepaid mobile services and/or AIS-3BB Fibre3 services, registered or verified under their individual name (the “Subscriber”). 

• The MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package is provided by Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. (“Mono Streaming”). The Subscriber may pay for the package through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment, provided by Advanced mPAY Co., Ltd. (“AMP”). AMP acts solely as a payment collection service provider on behalf of Mono Streaming for the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package and solely for the convenience of the Subscriber. 

• MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package Rate: 

• Monthly Package: THB 399 per month (excluding VAT). 

• All sports content is exclusively available on MONOMAX 

• Access to all sports content on MONOMAX is restricted to viewing within Thailand only and is not available for use outside Thailand under any circumstances. 

• Sports live streaming and catch-up content viewed via PC are supported at resolutions ranging from 480p to 720p, subject to the maximum resolution supported by the Subscriber’s device. 

• Each Subscriber is entitled to subscribe to one (1) MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package per one (1) mobile number or internet service number. 

• If the Subscriber fails to pay the fees for AIS mobile services or AIS-3BB Fibre3 services in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the telecommunications service provider, resulting in the relevant service being temporarily suspended (“Suspend”), Mono Streaming reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Subscriber’s access to the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package until the service status is restored to normal. 

• If the relevant service remains suspended (“Suspend”) for more than 90 consecutive days, Mono Streaming reserves the right to terminate the Subscriber’s access to the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package. Such suspension or termination shall not entitle the Subscriber to an extension of the service period, reduction, or refund of the package fee, whether in whole or in part. 

• In the event that the Subscriber cancels the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package or the Subscriber’s service entitlement expires or is terminated for any reason, the Subscriber’s right to access the MONOMAX application and the content available under the package shall automatically terminate. 

• The Subscriber may access content through the MONOMAX application on up to one (1) device, supporting the following operating systems: 

  • Android smartphones or tablets: Android version 7.0 or later. 

  • iOS smartphones or tablets and iPadOS devices: iOS or iPadOS version 15.0 or later. If the Offline Download feature is made available in the future, the device must support iOS or iPadOS version 17.0 or later. 

  • Android TV or Android Box: Android TV version 7.0 or later. 

  • Samsung Smart TV: Tizen OS version 5.5 or later. 

  • LG Smart TV: webOS version 4.0 or later. 

  • Hisense / Toshiba TV: VIDAA U6 or later. 

  • Apple TV: tvOS version 18.0 or later. 

• If the Subscriber wishes to watch content on another device while content is already being viewed on an existing device, the Subscriber must first stop viewing on the existing device. Mono Streaming reserves the right to terminate or modify the Subscriber’s entitlement to the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package if the Subscriber changes the service type between prepaid and postpaid, changes the network service provider, transfers ownership of the mobile number, changes the Subscriber account status, or takes any other action that causes the Subscriber to no longer meet the applicable service eligibility requirements. 

• The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that AIS mPAY Mobile Payment is solely a payment channel for the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package. The provision of the package, content access rights, after-sales service, and any other matters relating to the package are the responsibility of Mono Streaming in accordance with Mono Streaming’s terms and conditions. • AMP will collect the package fee through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment in accordance with the applicable package terms. If the Subscriber cancels the package before the end of the applicable service period, the Subscriber shall not be entitled to a refund of the package fee, whether in whole or in part, unless otherwise specified by Mono Streaming or required by applicable law. The package entitlement may not be transferred, migrated, or reassigned to another Subscriber account. 

• The usage rights and package rate under the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package are intended for personal use within Thailand only. Subscribers may not use the package for commercial purposes or in any manner that may cause damage, affect service quality, or adversely affect the rights of Mono Streaming or other Subscribers. Subscribers are prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, forwarding, or sharing their Subscriber account with any unauthorized person. If Mono Streaming determines that a Subscriber’s use violates applicable laws, service terms and conditions, or the intended purpose of this package, Mono Streaming reserves the right to immediately suspend, modify, or terminate the service. 

• Mono Streaming reserves the right to change the package details, benefits, terms and conditions, or package rate, provided that Subscribers will be notified in advance through the channels designated by Mono Streaming. 

• The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Mono Streaming, AMP, and MIMO Tech Co., Ltd. may collect, use, process, and disclose the Subscriber’s personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of providing the MONOMAX SPORTS STANDARD Package, processing package payments, managing Subscriber accounts, verifying identity, providing after-sales services, and performing related contractual obligations. The collection, use, processing, and disclosure of such personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the applicable privacy policies or personal data protection notices of each company in effect from time to time. 

Terms and Conditions – MONOMAX SPORTS BASIC Package 

• The MONOMAX SPORTS BASIC Package is exclusively available to individual customers who subscribe to AIS postpaid or prepaid mobile services and/or AIS-3BB Fibre3 services, registered or verified under their individual name (the “Subscriber”). 

• The MONOMAX SPORTS BASIC Package is provided by Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. (“Mono Streaming”). The Subscriber may pay for the package through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment, provided by Advanced mPAY Co., Ltd. (“AMP”). AMP acts solely as a payment collection service provider on behalf of Mono Streaming for the MONOMAX SPORTS BASIC Package and solely for the convenience of the Subscriber. 

• MONOMAX SPORTS BASIC Package Rate: 

• Monthly Package: THB 199 per month (excluding VAT). 

• Yearly Package: THB 1,599 per month (excluding VAT). 

• All sports content is exclusively available on MONOMAX 

• Access to all sports content on MONOMAX is restricted to viewing within Thailand only and is not available for use outside Thailand under any circumstances.
