If customer switches your AIS service from postpaid to prepaid, prepaid to postpaid, or change your phone number, PLAY MONOMAX Standard package will be automatically cancelled. To continue using the PLAY PASS service, please subscribe again with your new number or service plan.
The PLAY PASS Package offer from AIS is exclusively available to AIS Postpaid, Prepaid, and AIS Fibre3 customers.
Customer can check your package status anytime by yourself using the myAIS application.
Subscribers can enjoy the content via the AIS PLAY application or through the AIS PLAYBOX

Package terms and conditions
- The PLAY PASS package is available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and/or AIS 3BBFibre3 customers who are registered as a residential individual (“Subscriber”).
- The PLAY PASS package is offered at a rate of THB 500.
The above prices are exclusive of 7% VAT and fees for the main internet service package.

This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
