Customers who purchase the SMART CLOUD PAD device from AIS Shops (participating branches only*) starting May 11, 2026, until stocks last, are eligible under company-specified conditions only.
When purchasing the SMART CLOUD PAD model W216DS priced at 9,999 THB (excluding VAT), customers will receive:
1. SMART Keyboard, Stylus Pen, and Magnetic Pen Station
2. Eligibility to open a new postpaid mobile SIM with special package pricing (Special New Net SIM), exclusively for use with the SMART CLOUD PAD:
  - Net SIM package: 299 THB/month (excluding VAT), speed up to 10Mbps, 25GB quota, throttled to 384 Kbps, unlimited AIS WiFi
  - Net SIM package: 499 THB/month (excluding VAT), 5G max speed, 50GB quota, throttled to 2Mbps, unlimited AIS WiFi
3. Eligibility to use AIS Cloud PC special package (Specs: 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, 180GB Storage - C:80GB / D:100GB). Exclusively for AIS 3BB FIBRE3 customers registered under individual names. Service fee waived for 12 billing cycles, starting from SMS confirmation of service eligibility (1 internet number per 1 right), subject to the following conditions:
  1. After receiving SMS confirmation, users must create their own username and password. Service can be used immediately upon successful confirmation via SMS or email.
  2. If the user cancels AIS Cloud PC before creating a username/password, before completing 12 billing cycles, or cancels AIS 3BB FIBRE3 broadband, the fee waiver ends immediately.
  3. After the 12-month waiver, customers may subscribe to AIS Cloud PC special package (same specs) at 99 THB/month (excluding VAT), within 90 days of waiver expiration, via https://eserviceportal.ais.co.th/login. If not subscribed within 90 days or canceled early, eligibility for the special package is forfeited.
  4. Subscription to the 99 THB/month package will auto-renew each billing cycle unless canceled via the portal. AIS will notify via SMS before renewal.
  5. If not subscribed within 90 days after the waiver period, or upon cancellation/termination, the AIS Cloud PC account will be deleted, including all data/files/applications/software stored therein.
  6. The special package does not support Web Hosting or IP PBX Hosting.
  7. If inactive for 1 continuous hour, AIS Cloud PC and open applications/software will automatically shut down, potentially causing data loss. Users are responsible for saving data regularly. AIS bears no responsibility for such loss.
  8. Users agree to comply with AIS Cloud PC service terms in addition to these special package conditions.

4. Device warranty: 1 year (12 months) from purchase date (receipt reference), excluding consumables, per manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
5. Service rights and fees apply in Thailand and 10 Asian countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Cambodia, Philippines, and Japan.

Special privileges for customers purchasing SMART CLOUD PAD: eligibility to register for special postpaid SIM packages, exclusively for use with SMART CLOUD PAD:
- Net SIM 299 THB/month: Max speed 10Mbps, 25GB quota, then unlimited at 384 Kbps
- Net SIM 499 THB/month: 5G, 50GB quota, then unlimited at 2Mbps
Net SIM package call rates: 1.50 THB/min for all networks/VDO calls (rounded up to the next minute), SMS 2.50 THB/message, MMS 4.50 THB/message.
Net SIM includes unlimited AIS SUPER WiFi. Username and password will be sent via SMS automatically. More info: www.ais.th/wifi

Not eligible for “Lucky Number” or “Special Number” programs.
AIS 5G service will be automatically activated. Customers with 5G-compatible devices can use full 5G performance; otherwise, usage depends on device limitations.
Customers may register up to 5 SIMs per ID card for Net SIM packages. If already at the limit, additional SIMs can only be opened at AIS Shops.
Net SIM registration must use the same name, surname, and ID number as registered for AIS 3BB FIBRE3.
If AIS 3BB FIBRE3 service is canceled, Net SIM service is canceled, or Net SIM ownership is transferred, the Net SIM package will immediately terminate and convert to the 5G MAX SPEED package at 299 THB.
