Preventive and surveillance measures
  • The Network Operation Center (NOC) and AIS ICT Service Desk monitored the situation in real-time using a dashboard to check base stations and nodes in the risk and impacted areas for 24 hours.

  • The Data Center and the node are situated in a secure area capable of providing uninterrupted service. The company remains prepared for emergency situations in case the circumstances deteriorate, including the availability of backup equipment, backup power systems, and generators. This also includes flood mitigation measures such as sandbags, flood barriers, and water pumps, with on-site staff available at all times.

Post Flood measures
  • When the situation returns to normal and the electricity is restored, AWN will promptly access the premises to inspect and restore the service to its normal operation as fast as possible.

  • We will collaborate with customers affected by floods to arrange repairs or replacements and plan to restore the service at the earliest opportunity.

  • Following the restoration, the company will conduct a thorough system stability check to prevent recurring issues and ensure long-term service reliability.
