• SME FIBRE3 PREMIER Package can be applied for both juristic customers and individual customers.
• This package is intended for use by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are registered either as individual entrepreneurs (RSME) or as juristic entities.
• The package supports installation using Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) technologies
• For new customers who apply for the service, the contract period is 12 months from the date the customer completes the installation.
• For existing customers changing packages, a new contract will be counted for 12 months from the effective date of the package.
• Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
• The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the package for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 24-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of damages, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
• Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
• Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 12-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
• The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately. Special promotion: Owners of the property where package services will be directed and who can prove ownership with their house registration documents or by other official means will not need to pay any activation fee.
• Customers using this package will receive Private IPv4 with free THDDNS and Public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
• Customers using this package will receive Private IPv4 and Public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
• When using the AIS Fibre service with any package, the period specified according to the conditions has expired. The system will renew the package to the original one. or according to the promotional program at that time. There will be an SMS notification before the new package starts to be used.
• Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
• The following equipment and devices will be leased to customers:
  1. One of AX5400 WiFi6 routers valued at 4,900 Baht
  2. SME FIBRE3 PREMIER Package 800 Baht get the right for AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht. A discount of 3,096 baht/piece will be applied for customers who complete the 24-month billing cycle. Should customers be unable to complete the 12-month billing cycle, they will be liable to the damages calculated according to the length of service provided
  3. In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment back to an AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. Should customers not return the product within the allotted time, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state, the customer will be liable for damage fees to the company.
• The package is incompatible with the AIS Fibre MESH WiFi.
• The package is incompatible with the Speed Toggle service.

• This package is exclusively offered to AIS 3BB Fibre3 customers (both new and existing) registered as juristic persons ("Subscriber").
• This package is intended solely for use within commercial establishments that have been registered with Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. and/or Triple T Broadband PLC.
• This package is offered exclusively together with the AIS 3BB Fibre3 service and cannot be purchased separately from the main package.
• This package is charged at a monthly rate of 2,000 Baht per month (excluding VAT) and does not include the internet service fee under main package.
• Subscriber is entitled to use the PLAY SPORTS package for a duration of 12 months.
• Upon successful subscription, Subscriber may instantly access FIFA Club World Cup 2025, the 2025/2026 Premier League, the 2025/2026 FA Cup, and entertainment content—including movies, series, and variety shows from MONOMAX.
• Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season immediately upon the official start of the competition season.
• Subscriber can watch 51 matches FIFA Club World Cup 2025, 380 matches from the 2025/2026 Premier League season, and 63 matches from the 2025/2026 FA Cup.
• Subscriber can start watching FIFA Club World Cup football content from 18 June at 11:00 PM onwards, or according to the official match schedule.
• Subscriber can watch every match of the 2025/2026 Premier League season.
• Subscriber can watch football content from the FA Cup 2025/2026.
• The number of channels, list of channels, content within channels, pricing, and other applicable terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Each subscriber account can access Premier League and FA Cup content via Monomax Standard and other channels on the AIS PLAY application on a maximum of 1 device. The video signal may be distributed to up to 5 screens, strictly for on-premises commercial use. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
  1. Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
  2. Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 5.5 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.
• • Each subscriber account can access MONOMAX application on a maximum of 1 device. The video signal may be distributed to up to 5 screens, strictly for on-premises commercial use. Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 5.5+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.
• • Subscriber can choose to watch Premier League and FA Cup from Monomax Standard channels via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.
• MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
• The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and commercial use only.Any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
• The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.

• This package is exclusively offered to AIS (both new and existing) registered as as a residential individual ("Subscriber").
• This package is intended solely for use within commercial establishments that have been registered with Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd.
• This package is exclusively offered in conjunction with the PLAY SPORTS service for establishments such as pubs, bars, and restaurants only. The service fee is THB 2,000 per month (excluding VAT), and it cannot be purchased separately from the main package.
• This package carries an additional fee of THB 1,200 per month (excluding VAT) for each additional viewing device, for use within your premises and for commercial purposes, and does not include the main internet service fee.
• Subscriber is entitled to use the PLAY SPORTS package for a duration of 12 months.
• The above package rates and additional service charges are applicable only to customers who subscribe to the service between July 31, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 6.0+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.
• Subscriber can choose to watch Premier League and FA Cup from Monomax Standard channels via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX Application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.

• Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
• During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
• For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
