Customers are entitled to a 12-month subscription to the PLAY Premier package.

SME FIBRE3 PREMIER Package can be applied for both juristic customers and individual customers.
The package supports installation using Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) technologies
For new customers who apply for the service, the contract period is 24 months from the date the customer completes the installation.
For existing customers changing packages, a new contract will be counted for 24 months from the effective date of the package.
Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the package for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 24-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of damages, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800- baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
Customers using this package will receive Private IPv4 with free THDDNS and Public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
It is not possible to switch to a package with a lower speed throughout the 24 billing cycles of the service period
When using the AIS Fibre service with any package, the period specified according to the conditions has expired. The system will renew the package to the original one. or according to the promotional program at that time. There will be an SMS notification before the new package starts to be used.
Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
The following equipment and devices will be leased to customers:
1. One of BE3600 WiFi7 routers valued at 3,990 Baht
2. SME FIBRE3 PREMIER Package 999 Baht get the right for AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht. A discount of 3,096 baht/piece will be applied for customers who complete the 24-month billing cycle. Should customers be unable to complete the 24-month billing cycle, they will be liable to the damages calculated according to the length of service provided
In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment back to an AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. Should customers not return the product within the allotted time, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state, the customer will be liable for damage fees to the company.
The package is incompatible with the AIS Fibre MESH WiFi.
The package is incompatible with the Speed Toggle service.

The PLAY MONOMAX Standard package must be used together with the AIS 3BB Fibre3 internet service. It cannot be purchased separately as a standalone package.
Subscriber is entitled to access the PLAY MONOMAX STANDARD package from 6 February 2026 to 31 May 2026.
The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season.
Subscribers can watch FA Cup football content for the 2025/2026 season.
Subscribers can watch EFL Carabao Cup football content for the 2025–26 season.
Subscribers can watch EFL Championship, EFL League One, and EFL League Two football content for the 2025–26 season.
The number of channels, the content offered on each channel, the pricing, and all other applicable terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Subscriber can watch premium channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
1. Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
2. Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 5.5 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.
Subscriber can access content through the MONOMAX application on 1 device at a time. Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 5.5+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.
Subscriber can choose to watch channels from Monomax Standard via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.

Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
