•Customer can continue suing the service of monthly special price package 49THB for 12 months with first month free after month 13 the customer will be charged at normal price.​

•AIS Juristic customers customer will be charged via AIS mobile billing until cancel oneD PREMIUM package.​

•The Customers will be able to watch oneD PREMIUM after cancel the package until the end of bill cycle.​

•AIS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions by announcing it through myAIS Application.​

•AIS may revoke the Customers’ oneD PREMIUM subscription immediately, at our sole discretion without prior notice, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription or violation of these terms or any applicable law by the Customers. No refund will be given in case of revocation.​

•Any problems arise during watching or activating oneD PREMIUM, please contact the email support@oned.net, specify ‘oneD PREMIUM x AIS Watching/Activating Issue' topic on Mon-Fri at 9.00 a.m. – 06.00 p.m.​
