For Monthly Package:
- Subscription and cancellation take effect immediately.
- The full monthly fee will be charged — no prorated charges.
- Billing follows a date-to-date cycle (based on the subscription date).
- For AIS postpaid customers:
If you subscribe between the 1st–27th, the next charge will occur on the same date each month (e.g., subscribe on the 15th → next charge on the 15th at 00:00:01).
If you subscribe on the 28th–31st, and the following month has only 28 days, the charge will occur on the 28th, and subsequent charges will be on the last day of each month.
For Yearly Package:
- Subscription and cancellation take effect immediately.
- The full annual fee will be charged — no prorated charges, but you will retain access until the end of the 365-day period.
- Billing follows a date-to-date cycle.
- For AIS postpaid customers:
If you subscribe between the 1st–27th, the renewal will occur on the same date in the following year (e.g., subscribe on March 15 → renew on March 15 next year).
If you subscribe on the 28th–31st, and the renewal month has only 28 days, the charge will occur on the 28th, and future renewals will be charged on the last day of that month.
If you previously subscribed to the monthly package, customer can re-subscribe to either the monthly or yearly package at any time.
If you previously subscribed to the yearly package, customer must wait until the completion of 12 billing cycles from the subscription date before you can subscribe to a new package.
If you already have a MONOMAX package, we recommend canceling it before subscribing to the PLAY MONOMAX Standard package to avoid duplicate charges. With the PLAY MONOMAX Standard package, you can enjoy unlimited entertainment content on MONOMAX.

- The PLAY MONOMAX Standard package is available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and/or AIS Fibre3 customers who are registered as a residential individual (“Subscriber”).
- PLAY MONOMAX Standard Monthly Package
- Special price: THB 199/month (regular price: THB 299/month)
- PLAY MONOMAX Standard Yearly Package
- Special price: THB 1,999/year (regular price: THB 2,999/year)
- The above prices include 7% VAT but exclude the main internet service package fee.
- The special promotional price is applicable only for subscriptions made between June 18, 2025 and August 9, 2025.
- Subscribers can watch live sports content such as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, the 2025/2026 Premier League season, and the FA Cup 2025/2026, along with a variety of entertainment including movies, series, and variety shows from MONOMAX, immediately upon successful subscription.
- Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season immediately upon the official start of the competition season.
- Subscribers can enjoy all 51 matches of the FIFA Club World Cup, 380 matches of the Premier League, and 63 matches of the FA Cup.
- Subscribers can start watching FIFA Club World Cup football content from 18 June at 11:00 PM onwards, or according to the official match schedule.

- Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
- The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
- The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.
