Announcement on Mobile Number Retention for Prepaid Mobile Telecommunication Service Users (Prepaid Subscriber), Excluding Tourist SIM Cards, with the key points as follows:

1. The Company will commence the deduction of the mobile number retention fee immediately upon expiry of usage period, provided that the subscriber has a remaining balance in the system.
2. The mobile number retention fee will be charged at the rate of Baht Three (THB 3) per 30-day usage period, (exclusive of value added tax) and will be deducted for up to six (6) consecutive usage cycles, or until the remaining balance is insufficient.
3. The Company will notify the subscriber via SMS no less than three (3) days prior to each deduction of the mobile number retention fee and thereafter will notify the subscriber via SMS of the completion of the deduction and the remaining balance in the system.
4. Should the subscriber want to cancel the deduction of the mobile number retention fee, they can dial *128*1# prior to the deduction cycle.
5. In the event that the subscriber has previously canceled such deduction, but later want to reinstate the mobile number retention service, they can dial *128*2# provided that the mobile number must be in active status at the time of the request.
