Trade-In Terms & Conditions

Trade in your eligible old device (iPhone 11 or later) at AIS Shops nationwide. The device must be fully functional, with no screen issues or cracks.

Benefit 1: Trade-Up Discount
Receive an additional discount of up to THB 4,000 based on the value of your old device.

Benefit 2: Pre-Trade Discount
Receive an additional THB 500 discount on top of your assessed trade-in value when you complete a Pre-Trade valuation from 2–17 September 2026.

Benefit 3: Credit Card Discount
Receive an additional discount of up to THB 500 when paying in installments with KTC, UOB, Krungsri, or Krungsri First Choice credit cards.

Receive an additional discount when purchasing a new iPhone with AIS Care+.

Receive an THB 800 discount when your old device already has an AIS Care+ package and you purchase AIS Care+ for your new iPhone.

Receive an THB 500 discount when your old device does not have AIS Care+ but you purchase AIS Care+ for your new iPhone.

Points Earning Terms & Conditions

1. AIS Serenade customers registered or identified as individuals and SME customers who have enrolled in the AIS Points program.
2. AIS Serenade customers must provide their mobile number to earn AIS Points.
3. Customers earn 1 AIS Point for every 100 Baht spent on mobile phones and accessories. (The calculation excludes deposits.)
4. AIS customers will receive AIS Points within 5 days after purchasing a mobile phone under the specified terms and conditions.
5. AIS Points earned are calculated based on the net purchase amount after discounts have been deducted.
6. Limited to 1 mobile number / 4 privileges / 1 year / per product category (Device, Gadget, IoT, and Accessories).
7. The company reserves the right to reclaim AIS Points in the event that a mobile phone purchase is cancelled.

• AIS Points Discount Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Available only to AIS Serenade customers registered or identified as individuals and SME customers who have enrolled in the AIS Points program.
2. Limited to 1 privilege per mobile number per month.
3. Applicable to the purchase of all mobile phone and accessory models, including device-only purchases and devices with packages, at participating AIS Shop, AIS Telewiz, and AIS Buddy Exclusive stores.
4. Serenade customers can redeem AIS Points for a mobile phone discount of 1,000 points or 500 points per mobile number, per campaign.
5. Customers must use their mobile phone to redeem the privilege at AIS Shop, Serenade Club, or participating dealers. Privileges cannot be redeemed by presenting a screenshot or saved image of the privilege on the mobile phone screen.
6. Once points have been redeemed, the transaction cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Redeemed points cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
7. To enroll in the points program or check your points balance, dial *550# and press call. Free of charge.

One-Time Screen or Back Glass Replacement Benefit

AIS Serenade customers who purchase an iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max and subscribe to AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services, including all available plans (12-month prepaid plan, monthly plan, or first-month-free plan), are entitled to a waiver of the screen or back glass replacement service fee for one replacement within 1 year from the service subscription date, valued at 1,000 Baht (including VAT).

Terms & Conditions

1. On the service request date, the subscribed mobile number must remain an AIS Serenade number, and the AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services plan must be active.
2. This benefit is non-transferable to another device or mobile number and cannot be exchanged for a discount or cash. If the customer does not use the benefit within 1 year, the benefit will be considered forfeited.

How to Redeem the Benefit

1. To redeem the benefit, customers must contact Line @AISCarePlus to have the service fee recorded and covered on their behalf. Customers may also walk in directly to an Apple Service Center; however, this benefit will not apply, and the customer will be responsible for paying the service fee.
2. Customers can contact Line @AISCarePlus to verify their AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services subscription details and benefit usage information.

Benefit Eligibility Verification

1. The customer must have been an AIS Serenade customer on the date of subscribing to the service when purchasing an iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max.
2. The customer must have subscribed to AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services during the specified promotional period.
3. On the service request date, the AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services plan must remain active.
4. The customer is entitled to one free screen or back glass replacement within 1 year from the service subscription date (date-to-date). Any subsequent replacement will be subject to the standard service fee of 1,000 Baht.

• Available to individual AIS customers who purchase an iPhone and agree to subscribe to the package on the device purchase date.
• To ensure uninterrupted service, the service will automatically renew in the second month at the applicable monthly service rate. Customers who do not wish to continue the service may cancel their subscription.
• Once the service is cancelled for a device IMEI, the service cannot be subscribed to again for that device.
• The service can be subscribed to for a maximum period of 48 months.

1. The 50GB iCloud storage benefit is available when the AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services package fee is paid according to the billing cycle and the service status remains Active.
2. Customers who already have an iCloud storage service will not receive additional storage.

For existing AIS postpaid customers, the privilege can be redeemed by dialing 678181# and pressing call from September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM to September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Limited to 1,000 privileges. Customers under the Turn Sabai campaign with a 0 Baht payment do not need to redeem the privilege, as they will automatically receive 24 months free after subscribing to the 5G VIP Ultra package.

1. Available to AIS postpaid customers registered under an individual's name who reserve and collect an iPhone 18 Pro within the specified date and time. Customers purchasing under the Turn Sabai Hot Deal or Turn Sabai Best Buy campaigns must have AIS Care+ active on the mobile number used to redeem the privilege.
2. Receive PLAY PREMIUM PLUS free for 6 months, after which the service fee is 299 Baht per month (including VAT). Limited to 1 privilege per mobile number.
3. Enjoy HBO Max, iQIYI, VIU, WeTV, and Prime Video through the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package at no additional cost.
4. Customers will receive an SMS confirming the activation of PLAY PREMIUM PLUS after successful subscription.
5. Customers who have already received other PLAY FAMILY or PLAY PREMIUM privileges are still eligible to receive this privilege.
6. PLAY PREMIUM PLUS can be streamed on up to 4 devices simultaneously.
7. VIU Premium can be streamed on up to 5 devices via the VIU application or website.
8. WeTV VIP can be streamed on up to 2 devices via the WeTV application or website.
9. HBO Max Standard can be streamed on up to 2 devices via the HBO Max application or website.
10. Prime Video can be streamed on up to 3 devices via the Prime Video application or website.
11. iQIYI Standard can be streamed on up to 2 devices via the iQIYI application or website.
12. This privilege cannot be combined with monthly or annual PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS packages. Customers must cancel their existing package first. Cancellation can be made via the myAIS application.
13. If customers cancel the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package, access to HBO Max, Prime Video, iQIYI, VIU, and WeTV will be cancelled immediately

6. The ReelShort application can be used on 1 device via mobile phones or tablets running Android 6.0 or later, or iOS 15.0 or later.

7. This privilege is available for use within Thailand only and for normal personal use. Commercial use or any use that may affect other users is prohibited.
