Terms and Conditions
- These packages are for new register, convert from prepaid and port-in from other operators customers
- Once customers have activated this package, customers must continue using the service for 12 billing cycles from the date of subscription. If customers wish to change the package, convert to prepaid, port your number to another carrier, or disconnect customers must pay a fee equivalent to the annual package fee of PLAY PREMIER.
- Additional charges: 1.50 Baht per minute for all network calls/VDO calls, 2.5 Baht per SMS, and 4.5 Baht per MMS.
- Service rates are calculated based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute).
- AIS SUPER WiFi: WiFi username and password will be sent via SMS automatically. More details at https://www.ais.th/consumers/package/super-wifi/how-to-use
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service.
- Valid for 12 bill cycles
- Allowances of each package are valid for each billing cycle only; unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon service cancellation, package change, or number transfer.
- Prepaid customers eligible for this package must have been subscribed for over 31 days.
- Rates specified do not include Value Added Tax (VAT)

- Subscribers can watch live sports content such as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, the 2025/2026 Premier League season, and the FA Cup 2025/2026, along with a variety of entertainment including movies, series, and variety shows from MONOMAX, immediately upon successful subscription.
- Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season immediately upon the official start of the competition season.
- Subscribers can enjoy all 51 matches of the FIFA Club World Cup, 380 matches of the Premier League, and 63 matches of the FA Cup.
- Subscribers can start watching FIFA Club World Cup football content from 18 June at 11:00 PM onwards, or according to the official match schedule.
- Subscribers can watch every match of the 2025/2026 Premier League season.
- Subscribers can watch football content from the FA Cup 2025/2026.
- Subscriber can watch premium channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
- Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
- Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 5.5 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.
- Subscriber can access content through the MONOMAX application on 1 device at a time. Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 5.5+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.
- Subscriber can choose to watch channels from Monomax Standard via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.
- This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
- Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
- The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
- The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.
- This offer is applicable to residential postpaid customers who have subscribed to a monthly minimum package of 399 baht.
- First 2 months free trial of YouTube Premium. Starting from the 3rd month, a monthly fee of 179 baht will be charged.
- After successful subscription to the specified package, customers will receive an SMS to claim
- You can start using the package immediately upon receiving the subscription confirmation SMS.
- Exclusive Privileges for customers who have never used YouTube Premium, YouTube Music Premium, Google Play Music, or YouTube Red before.
Cancellation Policy
- If customer re-subscribe after canceling, the standard fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT) will apply.
- To cancel, go to myAIS application: Open myAIS > Packages > My Packages > Select YouTube Premium > Cancel subscription > choose Immediate cancellation.
- AIS reserves the right to modify promotions and terms & conditions without prior notice
- This offer is exclusively for individual postpaid customers porting their mobile number to our network.
- Customers will receive 10GB of internet data, after which continuous usage will be at a reduced speed of 64Kbps.
- Calls to all networks: 1.50 Baht per minute (fractions of a minute are charged as 1 full minute).SMS 2 Baht per message. MMS 4.50 Baht per message.
- Service charges for calls are calculated based on actual usage per minute (fractions of a minute are rounded up to 1 minute).
- The package is valid for 7 days, after which services will no longer be accessible.
- This offer does not apply to any Handset Programs.
- This offer cannot be used for:
- Changing to a different promotion
- Converting a prepaid plan to a postpaid plan.
- Porting out the existing number (MNP out).
- Transferring ownership of the mobile number.
- The company reserves the right to exclude certain services that may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:
- All types of supplementary package purchases.
- International Direct Dialing (IDD) services and International Roaming (IR) services.
- Billing for various other services.
- Other services not explicitly mentioned.
- Enjoy a 7-day free trial of MONOMAX Standard. This is a temporary package valid for 7 days and will be automatically upgraded to the PLAY PREMIER package once your number has been successfully ported.
