Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 are the minimum supported versions.

- The Serenade 1.5Gbps/500Mbps and Serenade 1000/500Mbps packages are exclusive to individual customers with access to fibre to the home (FTTH) and fibre to the room (FTTR) services
- Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
- The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the Serenade 1000/500Mbps package for a continuous 12 billing cycles or a 1.5Gbps/500Mbps package for a continuous 24 billing cycles respectively, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before billing cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
- Once the Serenade 1000/500Mbps or Serenade 1.5Gbps/500Mbps package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
- Free activation fee, valued at 2,000 Baht, for AIS Serenade customers.
- Existing AIS customers wishing to transfer over to Serenade 1.5Gbps/500Mbps or Serenade 1000/500Mbps packages, thus receiving modified or additional devices, will be required to sign up for a minimum of 24 months for Serenade 1.5Gbps/500Mbps packages and a minimum of 12 months for Serenade 1000/500Mbps packages. Customers will then receive a 4,800-baht discount on installation and wiring fees, effective from the installation date and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the package.
- Customers using the Serenade 1.5Gbps/500Mbps or Serenade 1000/500Mbps package will receive a private IPv4 including a free DDNS* service in addition to a public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
- Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package for the duration of the 12-month billing cycle for 1000/500Mbps and the 24-month billing cycle for 1.5Gbps/500Mbps packages.
- Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
- This package is for personal use. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.

- Package includes leasing of equipment, as follows:
- 1000/500Mbps package customers will be leased a MESH WiFi Router worth 2,500 baht that enables LAN internet speeds of up to 1000Mbps and WiFi internet speeds of up to 1000 Mbps (for compatible mobile phones and computers only)
- An AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,400 baht. A service fee discount of 3,096 baht/box will be applied for customers who complete the 24-month billing cycle. Should customers be unable to complete the 24-month billing cycle, they will be liable to the fines calculated according to the length of service provided
- In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment in good condition back to an AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. Should customers not return the product within the allotted time, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state, the customer will be liable for damage fees to the company.
- The following 1.5Gbps speed tests are only applicable to compatible devices: Remark: The type of router supplied is dependent on the customer’s location.

- AIS Serenade customers will receive special discounts for the duration of the service. However, this only applies to AIS Serenade customers with consistent levels of use (Emerald, Gold, or Platinum membership status).
- Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
- During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
- For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
