* Device models depend on the service area I In case customer cancels the service, customer must return all AIS Fibre equipment to the company

- PLAY LITE package is exclusively available for AIS 3BB Fibre3 customers and are registered as a residential individual.
- Get a special entitlement access to Max with no additional charge from PLAY LITE package.
- Max privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY LITE package.
- PLAY LITE package is for simultaneous use on 2 screens at the same time per account. Customers can stream via AIS PLAYBOX to watch on a big screen or via AIS PLAY APP through App Store and Google Play Store, Website https://aisplay.ais.co.th/portal, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV and Chromecast. Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 are the minimum supported versions.
- HBO Max Standard service available on 2 devices via HBO Max App or https://www.hbomax.com/
- The specified service fee is for domestic use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Caution :
- Please do the transaction after SIM start date. (Indicated under the SIM card)
- if registration fails bring this SIM card to register at any AIS Shop at any branch or CLICK
- “Net SmartBackup Package” means the AIS Fiber3 internet service bundled with a SmartBackup Dongle. This equipment functions as a backup internet network, which is activated exclusively when the AIS Fiber3 service becomes unavailable. In such event, the system will automatically switch to mobile network internet via the SmartBackup Dongle (“Backup Internet Network”). The Backup Internet Network will remains operation and provides continuous internet access only while the SmartBackup Dongle is connected to the designated router throughout the service period.
- The Net SmartBackup Package shall be available to individual Subscribers, SME Subscribers registered under an individual name, and juristic Subscribers, and the service supports residential installations under Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) only.
- Monthly service fees is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The installation and external wiring fee of 4,800 baht shall be paid in the first billing cycle, or receive the discount for installation and external wiring fee when using the Net SmartBackup Package for 24 consecutive billing cycles from the installation date. If the service is terminated before 24 consecutive billing cycles, the Subscriber shall reimburse the installation fee, proportionately reduced for the service period already used.
- Once this package has been activated, the Subscriber can not relocate the installation point during the first 6 months from the installation date. In the event that the Subscriber relocate the installation point, all privileges under this package shall immediately terminate as of the relocation date.
- The entry fee of 800 baht (discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded to the Subscriber in the form of 100 baht discount on monthly services fee for 8 billing cycles. If the service is temporarily suspended, such refunded will immediately end. Special offer: The entry fee will be waived for Subscribers who are the registered householder at the installation address and use the service under this package, or who can provide proof of home ownership.
- Receiving the right to borrow equipment worth 6,490 baht consists of:
- A WiFi6 router model F6107A 1 unit (2,500 baht)
- A SmartBackup Dongle model MF833U1 with SIM card 1 unit (1,500 baht)
- Notes:
- The SmartBackup Dongle must remain connected to the designated router throughout the service period. The Company will not be liable for damages or inability to use the Backup Internet Network if the dongle is disconnected or used with other devices.
- The SIM card inside the SmartBackup Dongle cannot be removed or used with other equipments. The Company will not be liable for damages or service disruptions caused by such actions.
- The Company reserves the right to reduce speed or suspend Backup Internet Network service if the SmartBackup Dongle is misused.
- The AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht. A discount for the installation and equipment management fee of 3,096 Baht/unit will be applied for Subscribers who complete the 24 consecutive billing cycle. If a Subscriber is unable to complete the 24 consecutive billing cycle, the Subscriber agrees to pay the installation fee and/or the installation and equipment management fee, proportionately reduced for the service period already used.
- In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the Subscriber must return all borrowed equipment to any branch of AIS Shop within 15 days after the services are terminated and in a suitable and serviceable condition. If Subscribers not return the equipment within this period, or where the equipment is returned in a damaged state or the equipment is loss, the Subscriber will be liable for damages to the Company for the value of the equipment.
- The service privileges will be utilized within 3 days after the Subscriber receiving a confirmation SMS:
- PLAY LITE add-on package
- Subscribers using this package will receive a Public IPv4 and a free DDNS service, in addition to a Public IPv6, which enables Port Forwarding.
- Subscribers who wish to utilize Port Forwarding must first register on www.thddns.net. There are no fees incurred, and the following registration manuals are downloadable:
- THDDNS registration manual for Public IPv4
- THDDNS registration manual for Public IPv6
- IPv4, DDNS, Port Forwarding, SpeedBOOST, and Speed Toggle services are unavailable while using the Backup Internet Network.
- Subscribers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of 24 billing cycles.
- Existing Subscribers who change to this package and receive a change or addition of new equipment will be required to enter upon a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package. And the Subscribers will receive a 4,800 baht discount on the installation and external wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation in accordance with terms and conditions of this package.
- The Subscriber acknowledges that this promotion will be automatically renewed when the package period expires or the promotion package at the time. When the Subscriber subscribes for the service under this package, it shall be considered that the Subscriber agrees and consents to the Company to automatically renew the service in order to have continuous use to the next period.
The Company will send SMS to notify the Subscriber before the package period expires. If the Subscriber does not wish to continue subscription of the service, the Subscriber must notify the Company to terminate the service before the end of such package period. - In the event that the service becomes temporarily unavailable due to reaching the credit limit or outstanding payments for any charges under the package, the Subscriber’s access to all services will be suspended. Once all outstanding payments have been fully settled in accordance with the specified conditions, the Subscriber will be able to resume using the services under the package as normal.
- This package is for personal use only. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
“AIS Secure Net” (the “Service”) is the service facilitating the user to check and protect their devices from any inappropriate websites.
- “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
- available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
- AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
- the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
- the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
- the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).
- "AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)
- Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions
- Use of proxy server connection
- Connecting the internet via a public DNSO
ther conditions:
- AWN will inspect and block only websites that may be considered as harmful or illegal.
- AWN reserves the right to discontinue, modify the model of service provision, adjust the conditions of service, or add new features to the Service, at AWN’s discretion, with prior notice of any such mentioned changes.
- AWN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or effects that may be caused by harmful websites that may not have been detected by the Service. The user should check and be careful when accessing websites for their own safety.
- Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
- During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
- For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, The Company reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
