Privilege: To get a free 100 THB Starbucks e-Coupon
Campaign Period: 6 October 2025 – 6 January 2026
Eligibility Conditions:

  1. This privilege is available to AIS customers who subscribe to the Ready2Fly Plus (Asia & Australia) package at THB 799 or the Ready2Fly Plus (Global) package at THB 1,699 during 6 October 2025 – 6 January 2026, and who use the roaming package abroad within 60 days from the subscription date.
  2. The Customers must subscribe to the Ready2Fly Plus package as specified in Clause 1 and complete the registration for the insurance policy and coverage with MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited no later than 2 hours before departing from Thailand. The registration link will be sent to the customer via SMS after the subscription to the Ready2Fly Plus package has been successfully completed.
  3. The Starbucks e-Coupon will be delivered via SMS to the phone number used for subscription and registration of the Ready2Fly Plus package as specified. The SMS will be sent by MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited in accordance with the following schedule:
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in October 2025 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 30 November 2025. ​
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in November 2025 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 30 December 2025.​
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in December 2025 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 30 January 2026.​
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in January 2026 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 28 February 2026.​
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in February 2026 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 30 March 2026.​
    • The Customers who use the roaming package abroad in March 2026 will receive the Starbucks e-Coupon via SMS by 30 April 2026.
  4. This privilege cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaigns.
  5. The terms and conditions for the use of the Starbucks e-Coupon are subject to the rules and conditions prescribed by Starbucks Thailand.
  6. This promotion campaign is operated by Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited (“Company”). The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as the details of the privileges, with prior notice to be given via the Company’s website.

Terms and Conditions for Package Usage

  1. These packages are available to AIS postpaid and prepaid customers who have activated the International Roaming service and whose account status is active (not temporarily suspended). Eligibility is limited to individual users who are registered under their own name and are the official owner of the phone number used to register for the insurance policy. Coverage is granted only to the name and number verified during login to the myAIS application.
  2. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Package details are as follows:
    1. Asia & Australia Roaming Package 599 THB. Free Travel Insurance Coverage: Up to 250,000 THB (Plan 1) Click
      1. Includes 15 minutes of call time for calling back to Thailand, making local calls within the roaming country, and receiving incoming calls, along with 10 GB of high-speed internet usage in designated countries for up to 10 days; once the data limit is reached, internet access will continue at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps until the end of the 10-day period.
    2. Asia & Australia Package 699 THB. Free travel insurance coverage of 500,000 THB (Plan 2) Click
      1. Includes 15 minutes of call time for calling back to Thailand, making local calls within the roaming country, and receiving incoming calls, along with 12 GB of high-speed internet usage in designated countries for up to 10 days; once the data limit is reached, internet access will continue at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps until the end of the 10-day period
    3. Asia & Australia Package 799 THB. Free travel insurance coverage of 1,000,000 THB (Plan 3) Click
      1. Includes 15 minutes of call time for calling back to Thailand, making local calls within the roaming country, and receiving incoming calls, along with 15 GB of high-speed internet usage in designated countries for up to 10 days; once the data limit is reached, internet access will continue at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps until the end of the 10-day period.
    4. This package does not include usage for contacting MSIG Insurance. Customers will be automatically charged the standard cross-border service rate according to each country.
  3. The package validity starts when the customer first connects to the internet abroad, within 60 days from the subscription date. For example, if subscribed on October 1st and the first connection occurs on October 15th at 13:30, the package will expire on October 25th at 13:30.
  4. The start and end times of the package will be specified in the confirmation SMS from AIS. Usage is valid only after receiving this SMS.
  5. Package Charging Policy
    1. Postpaid Customers: The package fee will be charged in the billing cycle when roaming internet usage begins. If unused within 60 days, the package will be automatically canceled without charge.
    2. Prepaid Customers: The package fee is charged immediately upon subscription. If unused within 60 days, AIS will automatically refund the package fee within 15 days after expiration.
    3. Package duration is calculated in full 24-hour periods based on Thailand time.
  6. Advance Subscription (Pre-Booking): Customers may schedule the package to start on a future date via the myAIS application.
  7. After using the full high-speed data quota, internet access will continue at 128 Kbps for the remaining duration.
  8.  Call charges are calculated per minute. Any fraction of a minute is rounded up to one full minute per call.
  9. Usage is limited to designated countries only.
  10. Network selection is automatic when entering a supported country, based on the conditions of the subscribed package.

 


Terms and Conditions

  1. For AlS postpaid and prepaid subscribers who have automatically activated International Roaming service and have an active status with no temporary service suspension, they must be registered as individual subscribers of the AIS network and be the owner of a phone number registered to the insurance policy. Customers can check if their names and phone numbers are covered by insurance, which must match in order to log in to the myAIS application.
  2. The package subscription is available from April 1, 2024 onward.
  3. The service rates exclude 7% VAT. The details are as follows:
    1. The Global package is priced at 1,699 baht and includes free coverage for Plan 15 Days travel insurance click. Customers receive allowances of 15 minutes for calling back to Thailand and making or receiving calls in the roaming country, as well as a 12 GB data allowance for use in the specified country for 15 days. If they use up the data allowance before the end of this period, customers can continue using the internet at a speed of 128 Kbps until the 15-day validity period expires.
    2. This package allowance does not include usage for contacting MSIG Insurance. Customers will be charged regular roaming rates for each country and network used. 
  4. Package duration calculation:
    1. For postpaid subscribers, the package starts from the moment of subscription. The package validity will be calculated in 24-hour cycles, according to Thailand time.
      1. If customers want to subscribe to a package in advance (without immediate activation), they can choose an activation date and time through the myAIS app.
      2. For prepaid subscribers, the package starts from the first time they make a call, receive a call, or connect to the internet while abroad. The package validity will be calculated in 24-hour cycles, according to Thailand time. Once the package is activated, it must be used within 60 days in a foreign country.
  5. Subscribers can use the package according to the specified start and end dates mentioned in the confirmation SMS from the Company. and can be activated only after the customer has received the confirmation SMS confirming the successful subscription to the package.
  6. Please restart the device after receiving the package confirmation SMS before using the package
  7. In the event of using services in other countries or networks provided by other operators that do not fall within the conditions of each package, or exceeding the duration of the package, the usage will be charged at the normal roaming rates according to each country and network where the service is utilized.
  8. In the event of subscribing to this package without any usage, the package fee will not be refunded (Roam Fair service is not applicable).
  9. Once you have successfully subscribed to the package, you cannot change the travel date or request cancellation or refund of the package in case it is not be used.
  10. To check the amount of roaming internet usage, dial *111*6# and make a call.
  11. Subscribers can subscribe to this package multiple times simultaneously. The entitlement to free travel insurance will be received according to the number of packages subscribed. Customers must register for the free travel insurance entitlement corresponding to the number of packages subscribed.

Terms and Conditions (Insured person) 

  1. Must be Thai nationality and have residence in Thailand; and
  2. Must be 1-70 years old; and
  3. Must be an AIS network phone user who applied for Ready2Fly Plus package as specified, included travel insurance and already registered for the insurance policy on behalf of an individual only; and
  4. Must apply the package and register to get insurance coverage at least 2 hours before departure from Thailand. The registration link will be sent via SMS confirming successful package subscription
  5. Must apply one package only during the same travel period
  6. Must depart from Thailand and return to Thailand only
  7. Must be in fit to fly condition. No part of the organ is disabled
  8. Allows Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. to disclose personal information, name-surname, telephone number, email address and package information to Advanced Digital Distribution Co., Ltd. for coordinating this insurance and MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited for registration and underwriting
  9. Allows hospitals and clinics, insurance company staff or related organizations disclose information to MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited when requesting insured person's information and exceptions
  10. The company reserves the right to provide coverage to customers with complete and accurate names and surnames as per the specified conditions.
  11. Only one insurance policy under this policy can be requested during the same travel period.
  12. Travel must commence from Thailand and end in Thailand only.

  14. This Overseas Travel Insurance does not cover person(s) travelling to or within countries as follows: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Nepal (for the Climbing and Trekking purpose only), Russia, Ukraine
  15. Claim procedure, after returning to Thailand, you can contact the insurance company to make a claim for damages that occurred during the period of the package subscribed by the customer.
