- The on-top packages are exclusively for AIS pre-paid and post-paid subscribers who have registered individual or corporate accounts.
- Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers have registered by USSD Code, myAIS App, AIS Shop, Telewiz lla: AIS Call center 1175
- Corporate accounts have registered at myAIS App, AIS Shop, Telewiz, AIS Call Center 1175 and AIS Business Consultant
- The customer must subscribe to the package during 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 unless an updated validity period is announced by the company.
- The package minute allowances are calculated as follows :
- For post-paid subscribers, the minimum charge for a call is 1 minute. All following minutes will be calculated in 6-second units. A fraction of a unit will be charged as one unit.
- For pre-paid subscribers, the system will calculate the call allowance in minutes. A fraction of a minute will be charged as one minute.
- The excess usage service rates:
- If the package minute allowance is used up during an ongoing call, the system will calculate the excess minute(s) at the regular rate of the 003 international calling prefix in 6-second units. A fraction of a unit will be charged as one unit.
- If a subscriber makes a call after the package minute allowance is depleted, the system will calculate the excess minute(s) at the regular rate of the 003 international calling prefix. The minimum charge is one minute. All following minutes will be calculated in 6-second units. A fraction of a unit will be charged as one unit.
- The package validity is 30 days. When the validity ends, subscribers wanting to renew the package must do so manually. There is no auto-recurring service.
- For post-paid subscribers, the package validity for the minute allowance is 30 days from date of subscription and is not affected by your usual billing cycle.
- The package price is 7% VAT inclusive.
- The saving on-top international calling package can be used for making calls to countries only as stated. A call to any country other than the stated destinations will be charged at the regular rate for the international calling code prefix 003.
- This package provides only a voice calling service from Thailand to other countries. It does not include international SMS, international data roaming and domestic calling services.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend, change, or cancel any package service that is used for illegal purposes or does not comply with the stated terms and conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to revise, change, suspend, or cancel any package term or condition without prior notice in the case that any regulation, government decree or policy is issued from a related government agency to revise, change, suspend or cancel any term or condition of this package service, including a regulation that causes an obligation to the company.
