Redemption Steps
1. ZEED 5G customers (new numbers or successful port-ins) will receive a notification SMS immediately after activation. You must redeem the privilege via the specified USSD code.
2. After dialing the USSD code, you will receive a reply SMS containing a link to register for Alisa AI Premium.
3. Select the option to pay via your AIS mobile number.
4. Log in to your LINE account.
5. Once logged in, select "Pay via AIS mobile number" again.
6. Enter the phone number used for your ZEED 5G package and request an OTP to receive a verification number.
7. Input the OTP and press confirm.
8. The screen will show that you are eligible for 3 months free, followed by information regarding the monthly fee of 220 Baht. Press "Subscribe" to begin.
9. The screen will display "Transaction Successful" and confirm the duration of your free trial.
10. AIS will send a final confirmation SMS once the Alisa AI registration is complete.
FAQ
Those who open a new number or move the camp (port-in) to use ZEED 5G monthly system and apply for a package of 299 Baht and up.
Press USSD *626*2# call out within 30 days after receiving the privilege notification SMS, then confirm the application to use Alisa Premium through the LINE app with OTP.
Starts counting from the day of confirming the application for Alisa Premium via OTP on LINE and successful application.
Month 4 onwards will be collected a service fee of 220 Baht/month (including VAT) along with notifying the service fee on the service notification bill of AIS.

Customers who activate a new ZEED 5G postpaid number or port in to ZEED 5G postpaid and subscribe to a monthly package of THB 299 or above are eligible to subscribe to Alisa Premium and receive the first 3 months free of charge. After the free period, a special monthly fee of THB 220 (regular price: THB 420), VAT included, will be applied for 12 months, when the subscription is made via USSD *626*2# within 30 days from the date of receiving the SMS notification, with payment through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment.
- This privilege is available to customers who register a new ZEED 5G postpaid number or port in to ZEED 5G postpaid and subscribe to a monthly package of THB 299 or above, during the period 15 December 2025 to 17 November 2026.
- The special Alisa Premium fee of THB 220 per month (regular price: THB 420) with the first 3 months free is applicable only to new Alisa Premium users or those who do not have an active paid Premium subscription at the time of redemption.
- To redeem this offer, customers must dial USSD *626*2# within 30 days from the date of receiving the SMS informing them of the eligibility for Alisa Premium at THB 220/month (VAT included). Customers who have previously received the 3-month free Alisa Premium offer will be charged THB 220 per month. Customers who are not using a ZEED 5G package of THB 299 or above will be charged the regular price of THB 420 per month, billed on their ZEED 5G invoice via AIS mPAY Mobile Payment.
- After redeeming via USSD, customers must complete the service activation on their Alisa account via the LINE application, where an OTP will be sent to verify the Premium subscription.
- Upon successful activation of Alisa Premium via LINE, customers will receive 3 months of free usage, counted from the OTP confirmation date. Beginning the 4th month, a fee of THB 220 per month will be charged via AIS mPAY Mobile Payment on the ZEED 5G mobile service invoice.
- Customers may cancel the Alisa Premium service—charged to their ZEED 5G invoice—after the 3-month free period by dialing USSD *777*80260#.
- The Alisa Premium promotional service will be immediately terminated if:
- The mobile number changes to a package other than the specified ZEED 5G postpaid package,
- The customer ports out to another network,
- Service is terminated due to non-payment, or
- Any other conditions as announced by the company on https://www.ais.th/postpaid/zeed/
- This privilege is exclusively for ZEED 5G package subscribers and cannot be transferred to another person, another mobile number, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Limited to 1 privilege per person / per mobile number / per Alisa account throughout the campaign period.
