How to use myAIS application

  1. FlexiFIBRE Package means the promotional package of FlexiFIBRE service, allowing Subscribers to use the internet according to their preferences in terms of speed, duration, and fees, as specified for each package, with lump sum payment required in advance before usage.
  2. Subscribers can use the internet by paying for FlexiFIBRE packages via myAIS app, where they may select packages as follows or as updated by the Company with prior notice:
    • 400/400 Mbps, 30 days, special fee: 400 Baht (normal 450 Baht)
    • 400/400 Mbps, 60 days, service fee: 850 Baht
    • 700/700 Mbps, 90 days, service fee: 1,500 Baht
    • 700/700 Mbps, 180 days, service fee: 2,700 Baht
    • 700/700 Mbps, 365 days, service fee: 5,000 Baht
  3. The above FlexiFIBRE Package fees exclude VAT.
  4. Subscribers can activate the internet under the subscribed package immediately upon receiving an SMS confirmation, or on the date and time chosen by the Subscribers.
  5. Subscribers acknowledge that if they still have remaining service duration under an existing package and activate a new FlexiFIBRE Package immediately, the remaining duration of the existing package will be forfeited. Subscribers should therefore check package status and duration before making payment. However, the Company reserves the right not to refund package fees.
  6. If Subscribers request to suspend internet usage during an active package period, such suspension shall not be entitled them to claim the Company any refund for the unused period.
  7. In the event Subscribers wish to terminate the FlexiFIBRE Package before its expiry, the Company may consider refunding proportionally based on the unused period, subject to conditions set by the Company.
  8. Subscribers can view more information about FlexiFIBRE Packages via https://www.ais.th/consumers/fibre/package/flexifibre, the myAIS App, or by contacting AIS Call Center 1175 or any service center nationwide.
  • Fixed broadband internet service operates on shared download/upload speeds. Service quality and speed depend on the number of Subscribers at that time, the distance between the Subscriber’s location and the internet network, the performance of connecting devices, and the servers of accessed websites, which may result in speeds lower than the package specification.
  • During peak hours (6.00 PM–00:00 AM), connection speeds may be lower than the stated package speed.
  • To ensure fair use and minimize impact on other Subscribers, the Company reserves the right to impose conditions on broadband service provision, prioritizing fairness and the benefit of all Subscribers.
