AIS and WNBA have announced the first-ever livestreaming WNBA games and Marquee events in Thailand. The league's historic 30th season will begin in May.

The Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and Advanced Info Service (AIS), a digital service provider and the largest mobile operator in Thailand, today announced a multiyear collaboration that will see AIS’s over-the-top streaming service AIS PLAY livestream select WNBA games and the league’s marquee events to fans in Thailand beginning with the league’s milestone 30th season that tips off on Saturday, May 9 local time.   

 

The agreement builds on AIS’s existing livestreaming collaboration with the NBA and marks the most expansive distribution of WNBA games, events and programming ever in Thailand.  

 

Through the collaboration, AIS PLAY will provide its paid subscribers with access to select WNBA regular-season and playoff games, WNBA All-Star and WNBA Draft.  AIS PLAY will also livestream the WNBA Finals during the 2026, 2027, and 2029 seasons.  AIS’s WNBA coverage will feature select games and events in Thai commentary.
