1.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package is available for new customers registering a new number, those switching from prepaid to postpaid, customers porting their number, and existing postpaid customers when purchasing a device.

2.Excess charges: Calls to all networks: 1.50 THB per minute, billed per actual minute. SMS: 2.5 THB per message. MMS: 4.5 THB per message.

3.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 499 Package: After using the internet included in the package, you can continue using it at a speed of 1 Mbps.

4.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 599 – 1,199 Packages: After using the internet included in the package, you can continue using it at a speed of 2 Mbps.

5.Monthly service fees and excess charges do not include VAT.

6.Special privileges for AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus customers:
6.1 AIS Super WiFi Unlimited: The system will send the WiFi Username and Password via SMS automatically. More details at www.ais.co.th/wifi.
6.2 Serenade privileges (available only to customers registering as individuals):
-Customers who subscribe to the AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 1,199-1,399 THB package will get Emerald privileges. Customers who subscribe to the 1,499-1,999 THB package will get Gold privileges. Customers who subscribe to the 2,999 THB package will get Platinum privileges.
-Serenade privileges will be updated automatically within 3-5 business days after package subscription.
-Serenade privileges last for up to 12 months from the subscription date.

7.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package cannot be used with Multi SIM / Multi SIM Plus services.

8.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package is valid for 25 billing cycles.

*Important note: Customers using the 5G Hot Deal Max Speed package cannot switch to the 5G Hot Deal Plus package. If a customer purchases a device with a specific package, they must continue using that package and cannot switch between different packages.
 

  • Special device purchase requires a 12-month contract at the specified prices.

  • Device prices include VAT.

  • Advance service fee excludes VAT.

  • Advance service fee ranges from 200 – 7,000 THB (excl. VAT).

    • For fees below 1,000 THB, the amount will be refunded in installments over 10 months.

    • For fees of 1,000 THB or above, the amount will be refunded in installments over 12 months, starting from the 2nd billing cycle.

  • Each customer (per national ID number) is eligible to purchase up to 2 devices on special terms (limited to 1 device per mobile number).

  • If the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the commitment period, AIS reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the device discount received. Advance package fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Eligible for AIS postpaid customers (individual accounts) with at least 12 months of active service.
  • Customers who switch from prepaid to postpaid but have less than 12 months of postpaid usage are not eligible.
  • No advance service fee required and no package change needed, provided the customer has or subscribes to the specified minimum package (after promotional discounts).
  • Device prices include VAT.
  • Each customer (per national ID number) is eligible to purchase up to 2 devices on special terms (limited to 1 device per mobile number).
  • Requires a 12-month service commitment under the specified conditions.
  • If the number is already under contract from a previous special device purchase, this Best Buy contract will extend the commitment period consecutively.
  • If the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the commitment period, AIS reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the device discount received.
