Service Request Process

1. Customers must request service via LINE @AISCarePlus to have the fee waived.
   (Walk-in service at Apple centers is allowed, but the customer must pay the fee themselves.)

Eligibility Check

1. Customer must be Serenade at the time of iPhone 17 Series purchase.
2. Must subscribe to AIS Care+ during the promotional period.
3. On the service date, the AIS Care+ package must still be active.
4. The free replacement must be used within 1 year from the subscription date. Subsequent replacements will be charged at the regular rate (1,000 Baht).

Data Usage Agreement
Customers agree to allow MIMO Tech Co., Ltd. and Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. to collect and process personal data as necessary for service delivery, including account management, identity verification, after-sales service, and contract execution. Data handling complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the companies’ privacy policies.

Other Conditions
11. Customers can only view content via AIS PLAY or MONOMAX app — not both simultaneously.

1. Privileges are non-transferable and not applicable for prepaid-to-postpaid or postpaid-to-prepaid conversions, network transfers, or account ownership changes.
2. Charges apply upon successful subscription. No refunds or transfers if the package is unused or canceled early.
3. Usage is for domestic and personal purposes only. Commercial use, duplication, modification, or public distribution is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of service.
4. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions with prior notice via its website.
