Exchange your old device for a discount on a new iPhone — available at all AIS Shop branches.

 

Get Ready Before Trading In

1.Back Up Your Data

Transfer or back up data from your current phone and sign out of your Apple ID.

2. Factory Reset

Perform a factory reset to restore your iPhone to default settings.

3. Remove Passwords

Ensure there are no screen lock passwords, Face ID, Touch ID, or any authentication enabled.

4. Check Device Condition

Make sure the device powers on, the screen is intact, and basic functions (camera, speaker, buttons) work properly.

5. Remove SIM Card

Take out the SIM card from your current phone.

6. Prepare Your ID Card

Bring your national ID card for identity verification at AIS Shop.

Easy Trade-In Options 
  Choose What Works Best for You

For customers without a backup phone

Visit AIS Shop, Serenade Club, or participating Telewiz branches to complete a Pre-Trade-In during the pre-order period. Ideal for customers who need to keep using their current phone until the new one arrives.

Bring your old device to the branch

Bring your old device for inspection and valuation (no need to erase data yet).

Receive documents

If satisfied with the valuation, receive a Pre-Trade-In document and keep your old device.

Prepare before receiving the new device

Back up your data and bring the Pre-Trade-In document on pickup day.

Collect your new device

On pickup day, submit your old device and document to receive the discount.

Required on pickup day:
Pre-Trade-In document, national ID card, and old device.
Valid only for pre-order customers from Sept 4 – Oct 1, 2025.

For Customers with a Backup Mobile Device

On the day of purchasing or picking up the
reserved device, there’s no need to spend time on lengthy procedures —

you’ll have time to transfer data from your old device at your convenience.

To get a preliminary device valuation andschedule a pickup appointment
(*Available only in Bangkok and surrounding areas. For other rovinces, devices can be sent via postal service.)

Device Pickup by Staff

​  On the scheduled date, a staff member will
collect your old device and provide you with a discount coupon foryour new device.

Purchase / Pick Up Your Reserved Device

​Customers can bring the discount coupon
and, if applicable, claim the Trade-up privilege and pay theprice difference at the service counter in-store.

For customers without a backup phone who need continuous use

Visit AIS Shop or Serenade Club on the day of purchase or pickup.

Bring your old device to an AIS Shop

Bring your old device for inspection and valuation.

If satisfied, transfer your data yourself.

Purchase / Collect reserved device

Submit your old device and receive your new one with the trade-in discount.

Note:  Data transfer time may vary depending on the amount of data. Please allow extra time for the process.

Ideal for customers who ordered via AIS Online Store or prefer to trade in later

Visit the Remobie website to get an initial valuation and schedule a pickup (Bangkok & metro areas only; other provinces via postal service).

Staff collects your old device

Staff will inspect and evaluate your device.

Additional discount (if applicable)

Once agreed, hand over the device and receive payment based on the valuation.

  1. Devices traded in cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  2. Eligible models are listed on the Remobie website.
  3. Trade-in prices are determined by Remobie’s conditions.
  4. Customers may trade in up to 3 devices.
  5. If trading in multiple eligible devices, only 1 device can receive the Trade Up bonus; others receive standard trade-in value.
  6. Paper coupons can be used at AIS Shop, Serenade Club, Telewiz, and participating AIS Shop by Partner branches.
  7. Coupons can be used to purchase any brand/model of phone within the branch only — not applicable to other services.
  8. Final payment = device price minus applicable discounts, trade-in value, and Trade Up bonus.
  9. Customers must pay the remaining balance in full; installment plans available per credit card terms.
  10. Coupons must be used at the issuing branch and on the same day.
  11. Paper coupons are valid only at participating AIS Shop, Serenade Club, and Telewiz branches.
