Terms & Conditions

1. This privilege is available only for new customers of AIS LUCKY TOURIST SIM and AIS Tourist eSIM who activate their SIM/eSIM during the campaign period.
2. Customers will receive an SMS with a discount code after successful activation.
3. Upon first redemption, the system will automatically deliver an additional set of coupons to My Rewards.
4. The Airport Ride benefit can be used at major airports where Grab operates, such as Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Samui, and Hat Yai.
5. All benefits cannot be used with GrabTaxi.
6. If customers are interested in Advance Booking, it can be communicated as a pre-booking discount of 40%, capped at THB 120 per booking (one time).
7. Limited to one user per benefit throughout the campaign period.
8. Benefits are limited per day. If the daily quota is fully redeemed, customers must use the benefit on the next day.
9. The discount excludes expressway/toll fees, additional service fees, and any other charges.
10. Cannot be used in conjunction with other Grab promotions.
11. Not valid for GrabTaxi services.
12. Customers must redeem via the Grab Onelink to ensure the system unlocks the coupon correctly.
13. Each coupon has its own expiry date as specified by the Grab system.
14. AIS reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
15. If customers encounter any issues, they may tap “Help Center” in the Grab app to report the problem immediately.
