Additional Conditions

Conditions

1. On the service date, the mobile number must still be Serenade and the AIS Care+ package must be active.
2. This privilege is non-transferable to other devices or numbers and cannot be exchanged for discounts or cash.

Service Request Process

1. Customers must request service via LINE @AISCarePlus to have the fee waived.
   (Walk-in service at Apple centers is allowed, but the customer must pay the fee themselves.)
2. Contact LINE @AISCarePlus to verify subscription and eligibility.

Eligibility Check

1. Customer must be Serenade at the time of iPhone 17 Series purchase.
2. Must subscribe to AIS Care+ during the promotional period.
3. On the service date, the AIS Care+ package must still be active.
4. The free replacement must be used within 1 year from the subscription date. Subsequent replacements will be charged at the regular rate (1,000 Baht).

1. Available for AIS individual customers who purchase an iPhone and subscribe to the package on the same day.
2. Service will auto-renew in the second month with monthly charges. Customers may cancel if they do not wish to continue.
3. Once canceled, the device’s IMEI cannot be re-enrolled.
