TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE COVERAGE 

  1. The applicant must be a Thai national and have a permanent residence in Thailand.
  2. The applicant must be between 1 and 70 years of age (inclusive) at the time the insurance coverage commences.  
  3. The applicant must be in good health and have no physical disabilities, defects, impairments, or any form of disability or incapacity. 
  4. The applicant must be a registered user or identified user of AIS mobile telephone services who has subscribed to the AIS Ready2Fly (Asia – Australia) package in the name of a natural person only, as specified by Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited. 
  5. The applicant must complete the registration for travel insurance coverage before departing from Thailand by at least 2 hours. 
  6. Travel insurance benefits under this program are limited to 10,000 policies throughout the program period. The company reserves the right to allocate benefits to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the company. 
  7. Coverage will commence 2 hours before departure from Thailand and will continue for a maximum of 10 days or until the insured person returns to Thailand or within 2 hours after returning to Thailand, whichever occurs first. The travel must begin and end in Thailand only.  
  8. Each applicant is entitled to receive coverage under this program for only one coverage entitlement per travel period. This applies regardless of whether the insured person receives benefits from the AIS Ready2Fly package, AIS SIM2Fly package, or any other program underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited. 
  9. The applicant agrees and authorizes Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited to disclose personal information, including name, telephone number, email address, and package subscription details, to Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited for the purpose of insurance coordination and to MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited for the purposes of application, underwriting assessment, and policy services. Further details are governed by the personal data protection policies of each company. 
  10. The applicant agrees and authorizes hospitals, clinics, insurance company personnel, or relevant organizations to disclose the applicant's information to MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, which may include sensitive personal data such as health information and medical history, as necessary upon request, for the purposes of application, underwriting assessment, and/or claim settlement under the policy. 
  11. MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited reserves the right to provide coverage only to those who have registered for insurance benefits at least 2 hours before departing from Thailand and have provided complete and accurate information in accordance with the specified terms and conditions. Coverage will not apply if it is found that registration occurred after the insured person has already departed from Thailand. 
  12. The details, coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions are as stated in the insurance policy. Please review the details carefully before deciding to subscribe to the Ready2Fly roaming package with travel insurance (coverage and benefits depend on the insurance plan). This insurance policy does not cover travel to or within the following countries: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Iraq, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Nepal (climbing and mountaineering only), Russia, and Ukraine. 
  15. The program period runs from April 9, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Applicants who are eligible and receive benefits within this period may register for insurance coverage by July 15, 2026.
