1. This activity is exclusively for AIS and AIS 3BB Fibre3 customers who are registered as individual users or SME customers registered as juristic persons, and who have AIS Points.
2. A lucky winner is entitled to only one top prize per draw and can receive only one prize throughout the entire program. ​
3. Lucky winners who receive a prize valued at 1,000 baht or more must pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value.​
4. Winners must pick up their prize within 30 days of the announcement of winners. Claims after 30 days will not be deemed valid.​

7. 1. This activity is for AIS mobile phone customers (postpaid or prepaid), or AIS Fibre3 or 3BB Fibre3 high-speed home internet customers registered or identified as individuals, or SME corporate customers with AIS Points ("Customers") only.​
2. This activity will be held from 1 April 2026 to 5 April 2026, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM each day. There is a limited number of 100 privileges available per day, for a total of 500 privileges throughout the project duration.​
3. Customers can redeem 1 AIS Point for 1 coupon via my AIS app.​
4. Customers will receive a coupon for an “Entertainment set” consisting of a SMART SOUNDBAR + SMART WIRELESS MICROPHONE, valued at 7,900 baht per set. A total of 500 sets are available, with a total value of 3,950,000 baht.​
5. Coupon redemption is limited to 1 coupon per 1 service number/1 user account/1 ID number throughout the project period. Customers who previously received benefits from the AIS 1 Point 12 weeks 12 wow activity from 14 November 2025 - 20 November 2025 are not eligible to participate in this activity.​
6. Eligible customers will be contacted by the AIS Call Center to inform them of the AIS Shop branch where they wish to redeem their privilege. They can then redeem the coupon at the selected AIS Shop by accessing the "My Coupons" menu. Customers can pick up the reward at AIS Shop of their choice. - From 10-30 April 2026.​
7. Customers can redeem coupons from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026. If customers redeem coupons after the specified date, they will not be able to receive the "Entertainment set"​
8. Eligible customers must use their mobile phone to redeem the coupon at the point of payment. Redemption cannot be made by showing a saved image of the coupon on the phone screen; the coupon must be redeemed in front of an AIS Shop staff member.​
9. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.​
10. Employees of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited, Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited, and its subsidiaries, companies involved in organizing this event, as well as relatives of such employees who use the promotion, are not eligible to participate in this event and will not receive any benefits from it.​
11. Eligibility requirements are as specified by the company. Check the remaining number of available coupons and additional terms and conditions on the myAIS app​
12. Customers redeeming points must have a active status account and not have their service suspended throughout the campaign period.​
13. Once points have been redeemed, the transaction cannot be canceled or the points can be returned under any circumstances.​
14. The rights granted cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes, nor can the rights be transferred to another person, and no monetary compensation will be provided.​
15. The company will be responsible for paying the 7% VAT and 5% withholding tax (for prizes valued at 1,000 baht or more) on behalf of the winners of this activity.​
16. The following actions will result in the expiration of accumulated coupons:​
    1. Transfer of ownership from one individual to another.​
    2. Transfer of ownership from an individual to a legal entity.​
    3. Disconnection and termination of the number.​
17. 1. This privilege is available to AIS customers who are registered or have verified their identity as individuals and who use AIS mobile services (both postpaid and prepaid) and/or AIS Fibre3 services (collectively referred to as the “Customer”). The Customer must redeem 1 AIS Point to receive a coupon (registration code) via the myAIS application under the “Today’s Coupons” menu.
2. The period for redeeming AIS Points to receive a coupon (registration code) is from 8 April 2026 to 15 April 2026, or until the allocated quota has been fully redeemed, whichever occurs first.
3. ​The Customer may use the coupon (registration code) received to register and apply for the “Songkran Joyful Accident Insurance 10 Baht (Micro Insurance)” with MSIG INSURANCE (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (“the Insurer”) from 8 April 2026 to 8 May 2026.​
   The privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of the Insurer, and the underwriting approval shall be in accordance with the criteria prescribed by the Insurer. Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited acts as an insurance broker.
4. A total of 100,000 privileges (coupons/registration codes) are available throughout the campaign period.
5. The privilege is limited to one (1) mobile number/internet number per one (1) privilege throughout the campaign period. For postpaid customers with multiple numbers under the same billing account, only one (1) privilege in total will be granted per such billing account.
6. ​The Customer must redeem the coupon (registration code) via the myAIS application version 12.1.2 or above.
7. The Customer may use the coupon (registration code) to register for the privilege via the designated channel at https://m.ais.co.th/DeH1bn0I8 or other channels as determined by the Company.
8. The coupon (registration code) and the privilege under this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other benefits. ​
9. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these terms and conditions and/or the privilege, in whole or in part, by notifying customers through channels as determined by the Company.
10. In order to participate in this campaign, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to provide additional personal data to the Company and/or the relevant insurer. The Customer further agrees that Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited may collect, use, and disclose such personal data to MSIG INSURANCE (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and/or relevant regulatory authorities for the purposes of service provision, insurance underwriting, and any actions necessary for fulfilling the granted privilege.​ The Company will process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and privacy notice of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited group and applicable laws.

Insurance Conditions

1. ​The applicant must be between 15 and 70 years of age (inclusive) as of the policy issuance date.​
2. The applicant must be of Thai nationality and must reside in Thailand only.​
3. The applicant must be the same person as the registered user of the AIS mobile phone number or the internet number for AIS Fibre3 service.
4. ​The registration period to apply for insurance coverage is from 8 April 2026 to 8 May 2026. Registration can be completed via https://m.ais.co.th/DeH1bn0I8 or through other channels as determined by the Company.
5. ​For underwriting consideration, the applicant must comply with the procedures and underwriting conditions as prescribed by MSIG INSURANCE (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (“the Insurer”).​
6. Upon approval of the insurance application by the Insurer, the Insurer will send a confirmation of coverage via email to the applicant at the email address provided during registration.
7. ​The coverage period shall be 30 days from the date the applicant receives the confirmation email of coverage from the Insurer.
8. ​Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with prior notice to customers. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
9. ​The applicant who has registered for coverage is required to make advance payment for expenses and may subsequently submit a claim for reimbursement (if any) from the Insurer in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. 10. The terms, conditions, and details of coverage shall be as specified in the insurance policy. The applicant is advised to read and understand the details, terms, and exclusions of coverage before making a decision to purchase the insurance.​
