Terms and Conditions for the Free Trial of K SHOP Pro (1 Billing Cycle - 30 Days)

• This offer is available to AIS customers who subscribe to the Online Seller package and have never registered as a K SHOP merchant with Kasikornbank PLC. (“the Bank”). Once approved by the Bank as a K SHOP merchant, the customer will be entitled to a free trial of the K SHOP Pro service (valued at THB 299) for one billing cycle (30 days) starting from the first day of using K SHOP Pro, which will be counted as Day 1. (A billing cycle refers to a 30-day period starting from the date the customer registers and is approved to use the K SHOP Pro service for online sellers.)
  
• Limit: 1 free 30-day trial per merchant.
  
• Before the end of the free trial period, the Bank will notify the customer 3 days in advance via the K SHOP application. Customers can cancel the free K SHOP Pro service through the K SHOP application. If the customer does not cancel, it will be deemed that the customer agrees to continue the subscription and accepts the recurring service fee of THB 299 per billing cycle.
  

AIS Customers Enjoy Extra Privileges When Meeting the Following Conditions

• Customers who subscribe to the Online Seller package and register for the K SHOP Pro service, then connect their K SHOP Pro package to either their Facebook Account or LINE Official Account (LINE OA) within the same month of registration will receive a Lotus’s Gift Card worth THB 100. (Limited to 100 redemptions throughout the campaign / 1 redemption per merchant.)
• Customers who apply for the portable mPOS card reader will also receive a Lotus’s Gift Card worth THB 100. (Limited to 100 redemptions throughout the campaign / 1 redemption per merchant.)
• The Bank will calculate and allocate the redemptions based on the order of service registration for K SHOP Pro and mPOS, using the registration information recorded in the Bank’s system.
• The Bank will deliver the Lotus’s Gift Card to the address provided by the customer during the registration for the K SHOP Pro and mPOS services within 60 bank business days from the date all conditions are fulfilled.
• To change or update the delivery address and/or contact phone number, customers must contact K-BIZ Contact Center at 02-8888822 by the end of the month in which K SHOP Pro registration is successfully completed.
• Should the delivery of the Lotus’s Gift Card to the provided address fail due to circumstances not caused by the Bank, the promotional benefit shall be deemed to have been granted to the customer, and the Bank will not resend the card.
• The promotional benefits cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or other items, and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• This promotion is available to individual customers only.
• The Bank reserves the right to verify information, cancel or revoke the benefits, or reclaim the equivalent value in part or in full without prior notice if it is found that the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria; the conditions have not been fulfilled; there is misuse, fraud, or any illegal activity; the benefit is used for commercial purposes or in violation of the Bank’s policy; or if the merchant disconnects their Facebook or LINE OA account (for Condition 1), cancels the mPOS registration or requests a refund.
• The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, add, or cancel any terms and conditions of this promotional campaign and/or its associated privileges in whole or in part at any time.
• The Bank is not the manufacturer, distributor, or service provider of any non-Bank products or services and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with them.
