How to Pay with A money

Step 1:
Transfer funds from the A money app to your linked PromptPay account.
Step 2:
Pay for your mobile purchase by scanning the merchant's QR Code using the banking application linked to your PromptPay.
Step 3:
Once the payment is made, collect your receipt from the merchant. Make sure to take a photo of the receipt and keep it for reference.

Customers must first apply for credit approval from A Money before using the funds to pay for the mobile phone.

To apply for A money at AIS and then purchase a device immediately, 
please have the following documents ready:

Original National ID card or Government Official card
Proof of Income
  • Recent salary slip or original salary certification (displaying the latest salary or salary issued within the last 2 months)
  • Original Withholding Tax Certificate (P.N.D.50) for the most recent year and original bank statement showing your salary for the last 3 or 6 consecutive months.
