  • The 699 THB package is for customers who are activating a new number, converting from prepaid to postpaid, or porting an existing number from another carrier.
  • The 1,199 THB package is for customers who are activating a new number, converting from prepaid to postpaid, porting an existing number from another carrier, and current customers.
  • The package is valid for 24 billing cycles.
  • After using up the data allowance of the 699 THB package, users can continue using data at a maximum speed of 6 Mbps.
  • All packages are incompatible with the Multi SIM service.
  • Excess usage charges: 1.50 THB per minute for voice/video calls to all networks, 2.50 THB per SMS, and 4.50 THB per MMS.
  • Billing is based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to 1 minute).
  • AIS SUPER WiFi access: The system will automatically send WiFi Username and Password via SMS. For more details, visit www.ais.th/wifi.
  • The benefits for each package are valid per billing cycle. Unused benefits cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle. Benefits will terminate immediately if the service is canceled, the package is changed, or the ownership of the number is transferred.
  • The package is eligible for prepaid customers who have been on the prepaid service for more than 31 days.
  • The service rates are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • The company reserves the right to limit usage patterns like BitTorrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, or unusually high data transfer which might affect the overall user experience.

  • Eligible for usage of 1 username for a duration of 24 months.
  • For 13th – 24th months , customers have to redeem again on 13th month
  • To claim the privilege, dial *268*2# from the number registered with the AIS 5G Max Professionals package.
  • If after the package effective date, customers change to other package, switch to prepaid system, port the mobile numbers to another operators or terminates the service within 12 months from the date of activation (for both first and second times), the Microsoft 365 Personal License at a cost of 2,099 THB will be charged automatically and the Microsoft 365 Personal service access will be terminated immediately.
