- The unlimited 5G service comes at a max speed of up to 2Gbps.
- The excess usage rates: 1.50 Baht for voice/video calls (fraction of a minute will be rounded up to one minute), 2.50 Baht/SMS and 4 Baht/MMS.
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with the Multi SIM service.

- All allowances are for private use only. Commercial use and any usage that may disrupt other subscribers is prohibited.
- AIS reserves the right to limit the data usage for downloading from BitTorrent, mobile hotspot sharing, usage of an uncommonly high volume of data , or any kind of usage that may disrupt other subscribers.
- Any unused package allowance cannot be accumulated and transferred to the next billing cycle. All allowances will be terminated when the customer unsubscribes from his/her phone number, changes package, or switches ownership of the number.

5G Serenade Exclusive Plan terms and conditions
Terms & Conditions for Serenade Privileges
- Serenade Status will be automatically granted within three working days or as the verification SMS is sent to you after the date of your package subscription.
- AIS Customers who purchase a VIP phone number ending with quadruple or quintuple digits will need to subscribe to the mentioned package for 36 months and be entitled to Serenade Privileges for up to 36 months, depending on the period of package usage. Terms and conditions apply, and privileges will be available only during the period stipulated by AIS.
- The Serenade Status offer will be varied by each package terms or vaildity. If the customer does not qualify for the offer, the given Serenade Status will be void.
- Serenade Segments are not transferable.
- Package 1,899 and 2,299 get status Serenade GOLD , Package 2,699 B. get status Serenade Platinum , Package 2,999 B. get status Serenade Platinum and Personal Assistant Service
Terms and Conditions for VIP Number Redemption
- Exclusively for customers who activate their new phone number with a 5G Serenade Exclusive Plan subscription.
- Customers who activate their new numbers and register for special numbers or quadruples will need to have subscribed to the required package for 36 months.
- For any non-compliance with the terms and conditions for any reason—including but not limited to changing ownership of the mobile number, switching to a Prepaid package, or changing the mobile number—the Subscriber agrees to pay for the existing package service rate until the maturity of the agreement.
- Choose your special mobile number at participating AIS Shops and Serenade Clubs.
AIS Points terms and conditions
- Eligible to individual 5G Serenade Exclusive Plan subscribers only.
- To claim the AIS Points offer, customers must press USSD number in SMS that send to you within 3 days after the date of package subscription. Customers must claim for the offer within 30 days after receiving an SMS, the offer will be invalid and cannot be claimed afterward.
- The offer can be claimed once per phone number.
- In case customers combine new register number to another number that using 5G Serenade Exclusive Plan, AIS Points can be redeemed one time only.
- Customers can check AIS Points balance and rewards via myAIS application or https://www.ais.co.th/points
PLAY PREMIUM Plus terms and conditions
- The PLAY PREMIUM Plus package is eligible for individual and juristic persons subscribers
- Once the package subscription process is completed, the subscriber will receive an SMS code with a link to claim the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS service privilege within 24 hours. Subscribers must claim the privilege within 30 days after the first day of their main package subscription.
- Subscribers will receive a PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package activation confirmation SMS once the main package subscription process is completed.
- Offer is limited to one claim per phone number.
- Subscribers can access this package on 4 different devices simultaneously.
- Subscribers cannot claim this free-access allowance on top another PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package. Subscribers must terminate another package before subscribing to this package. Package can be cancelled via the My AIS application.
- Subscribers will be able to watch through the HBO, VIU Premium, WeTV VIP AIS KARAOKE and beIN SPORTS CONNECT applications as part of the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package allowances. Company reserves the right to change the allowances without prior notice.
- When subscribers terminate the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package, all HBO, VIU Premium, WeTV VIP AIS KARAOKE, and beIN SPORTS CONNECT access allowances will automatically be terminated simultaneously.
- All PLAY PREMIUM PLUS allowances will be terminated once the subscribers switch their main package to others.
Terms and Conditions for zIPS Data Protection Service
- Customers subscribing to the 5G Serenade Exclusive Plan from 11 October 2022 onwards will receive 3 months of free access to zIPS.
- Press *209*9# and then press Call to receive zIPS access. AIS will send the registration link to you via SMS.
- Only available for customers registered as natural persons who have never had access before or who received a free trial offer.
- This promotion is limited to one-time redemption per number for customers who register for zIPS access redemption.
- After the 3-month free access period, the customer will automatically be charged 79 baht monthly (excluding VAT).
- In case of package change or cancellation, AIS will immediately terminate the free access and will not be obligated to redeem any further requests to take up this offer.
- AIS reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
