: To report and/or troubleshoot the problem, please contact the AIS Fibre Contact Center at 1175. If the box needs replacing, the customer service agent will contact you and make an appointment for delivery of the replacement.

Our box and equipment are covered with a one-year warranty on ordinary usage. If units are lost or broken as a result of the customer’s fault (such as water damage), the customer needs to purchase a new one on his/her own behalf.
