if there are some picture hiccups on some channels?
The so-call “hiccups” are usually caused by the data speed not being fast enough to support smooth playback for the current content resolution. First, try resetting the router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. if the problem persists, try using a LAN cable to connect
AIS PLAYBOX
to the router instead of using WiFi.
How to fix when

is activated but the image does not appear on the screen?
Please check your internet connection whether there is a connection or not.

If no image appears, turn off - turn on mobile phone again. If it still does not work It is possible that the Internet is not available. Please check your internet service provider.

Please check your phone is set to silent mode or volume down or try pressing the volume up button again to make sure the sound is on.

Customer waits for a confirmation message or when the customer receives a confirmation message, please open

application again and the lock mark on movie or series will disappear. Customers can watch content for the subscription package as usual.
Customers who have already applied for

package then they have changed their phone to a new one. Can they use subscription packages or not?

How to upgrade firmware on Android TV box ?
1. Customer opens the Android TV box. The GOTA system will be started and the Android TV box will check new firmware with the system.
2. If the Android TV box finds the new firmware, it will show on top of the shelf.
3. Change the cursor to focus on Details and then select it (The Android TV box will download firmware in the background.)
4. The Android TV box will check for updates in just a second.
5. Customer will find the firmware that is ready to upgrade and then select the “Restart now” button. After that, the Android TV box will be restarting. For this procedure please wait some minutes.
6. The Android TV box will be opening the Home screen again after the upgrade firmware is finished.
How to check about firmware version on your Android TV box?
1. Select the Settings icon on the top right corner or click the Settings button on a remote
2. The Android TV box will show the Settings menu on the right-hand side. And select the Device Preferences menu
3. The Android TV box will navigate to the Device Preferences menu. And then select the About menu
4. The Android TV box will navigate to the About menu. And then scroll down to the ZTE Firmware menu and observe the firmware version on it.
Can customer use

can be use with WiFi connection with 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency but the quality of WiFi connection will effect directly to the smoothness of AIS PLAY.

The recommended connectivity is a LAN cable connection to your home router.
Can customer use other internet service providers to connect to
AIS PLAYBOX?
At the present,
AIS PLAYBOX
only supports high-speed internet of AIS Fibre and cannot be used with other internet service providers.
What customer can do if the remote control is not working at all?
Customers try to check whether the battery is inserted correctly or not. or try replacing the old batteries with new ones.

is not working or broken, where customer can send it to be repaired?
