carry a security risk in the form of viruses,
malware or other cyber threats, as well as
websites with unsuitable content. The service
protects those browsing via the AIS 4G ADVANCED
and AIS 3G networks, without the need to download
any additional applications.

Notify when a risk is detected and block access to websites that carry a security risk

Protect, detect and filter websites that may place you at risk or carry cyber security threats when accessed via your internet browser. The service will notify the user and block access to websites that carry the following types of cyber security threat:

  • Hacking/Computer Crime
  • Spam URLs
  • Illegal Software
  • Phishing
  • Malicious Sites
  • Viruses
  • Spyware/Adware
  • Remote Access Tools
*The service allows users to ignore the block by clicking “accept and enter the website” so that users may access websites that have been blocked by the system (only available when using the AIS Secure Net package).

Notify you when unsuitable content is detected and block access to websites which contain unsuitable content

Protecting your children and younger family members from websites with unsuitable content when accessing the internet through a browser by notifying you when unsuitable content is detected and blocking access when a website contains any of the following material:

  • Pornographic websites
  • Websites containing references to alcohol, addictive substances and smoking
  • Websites containing firearms and violent content
  • Peer-to-peer websites
  • Dating websites
  • Websites linked to defamation of character(s)
  • Gambling websites and websites containing pay-to-play games
  • Websites associated with online hacking
  • Websites promoting astrology, belief in supernatural powers or racial profiling

Is service can protect the mobile applications for virus, malware and so on?

This service still cannot protect while using via applications directly, Please use via websites instead

Can the service still protect over Private or public WiFi networks?

Now, the service just can work on AIS 5G/4G/3G networks. Whenever service has been expanded to WiFi network, we will publicize it again.

If there is a website that is suspected of having viruses, malware, including websites that are not suitable for children, what channels can be notified?

You can contact via AIS 1175.

How can I cancel the service?


You can cancel both packages as follows:
AIS Secure Net Kids - Cancel via press *689*51* last 6 digits of ID card number#
AIS Secure Net – Cancel via dial *689*61# or via MyAIS application > Package Menu > Your current package > Press “Cancel Add-on Package.

If the mobile phone is infected a virus or malware before applying the service, will the service be able to get rid of virus or malware on the phone or not?

The virus or malware that infected the phone earlier cannot be removed although applied this service however it can disconnect between the virus or malware hosts through the website.

Can I turn off one or all of the protection features of this service ?

To provide you with the most effective protection from the service, you cannot be selected to turn off some or all features.

If the AIS Secure Net number share the 5G/4G/3G internet to other devices, Will those others be protected?

Yes, the protection will be applied to all devices however to keep devices protected and safe to use. It is recommended to subscribe to the service on all devices that are used.

During the usage, if there is another notification message page appeared. what should I do?

When encountering various notification pages either from each browser you used or from any other government agency, you should avoid accessing such websites. If you accidentally click to accept from the warning, the service will provide you the protection from those websites for your maximum safety.

How much it cost? And how long I can use?

There is 19 Bath/month for service fee both of AIS Secure Net and AIS Secure Net Kids, And there is 30 days period of using with auto renew.
