The Conditions for Redeeming AIS Points

for Discounts at Participating TungNgern Merchants

This promotion creates for AIS or AIS Fibre customer registered for a residential person or SMEs (collectively “AIS Customer”), and such AIS Customer have registered for AIS Points member and have AIS Points.
AIS Customer can redeem AIS Points for discount on goods and services by using their mobile phone to scan the QR code payment at participating TungNgern merchants from 10 September 2021 until 31 December 2023.
AIS Customer can redeem AIS Points for discount on goods and services at participating TungNgern merchants starting from 2 AIS Points as equal to 1 Baht with a maximum amount of 1,000 AIS Points as equal 500 Baht per 1 merchant per day. AIS Customer can redeem AIS Points from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day.
Limit the number of transactions to 40,000 privileges/month (1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023).
AIS Points cannot be refunded, canceled after the redemption, or exchange for cash in any case.
To redeem AIS Points for discounts, AIS Customers have to bring their mobile phone to scan QR code and redeem at the participating TungNgern merchants. AIS Points cannot be redeemed from the mobile phone screenshot.
