What is the special promotion available for PLAY PREMIUM for who sign up on or after 1 July, 2021?
For AIS and AIS Fibre customers who apply for the first time
  • Applying PLAY PREMIUM package for the first time, customers are entitled to the following privileges:
    1) Special price 19 Baht on the first month thereafter 199 Baht /month.
    2) Get a special entitlement up to 6 months access to Disney+ Hotstar with no additional charge. Thereafter customer can subscribe Disney+ Hotstar with special monthly fee 35 Baht on month 7-12.
    3) Get VIU and beIN SPORTS CONNECT up to 12 months.


Remark:
  1. Customers who have previously received any promotion from PLAY PREMIUM package are not be eligible for special fees in the first month.

How can PLAY PREMIUM customers who are entitled Disney+ Hotstar for up to 6 months can apply for Disney+ Hotstar package with special monthly fee 35 baht per month?
Customers will receive an SMS informing the special fee and how to subscribe 1 day in advance before the expiration date. Customers will be entitled to subscribe for a monthly package at a special price of 35 baht/month for 6 months.

For the maximum benefit to our customers, AIS PLAY recommends the following:
  • Subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar after the special entitlement of up to 6 months has expired.
  • To eligible to access Disney+ Hotstar at a special price of 35 baht/month, you are required to have active PLAY PREMIUM package in conjunction with Disney+ Hotstar.

By changing a mobile number for Disney+ Hotstar access, any downloads, items in watch list or continue watching tray will be reset.
Can AIS Fibre customers watch Disney+ Hotstar contents on AIS PLAYBOX?
AIS and Disney+ Hotstar have developed application for customer to use on AIS PLAYBOX.

Currently the supported model is AIS PLAYBOX 912, which users of this model will receive automatic updates (OTA) from June 30, 2021 onwards. Once the update is successfully completed, customers can start streaming immediately.

If Disney+ Hotstar application is not installed on your AIS PLAYBOX 912 after 30 June 2021, please turn off and turn on AIS PLAYBOX again.

beIN SPORTS CONNECT : Can be viewed via mobile phone or website only.
If I cancel the PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package, Disney+ Hotstar, VIU PREMIUM, WeTV VIP, beIN SPORTS CONNECT and AIS KARAOKE privileges still be available?
Disney+ Hotstar (for AIS Mobile customers), VIU PREMIUM, beIN SPORTS CONNECT and AIS KARAOKE privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS.

Disney+ Hotstar privilege (for AIS FIBRE customers) will be cancelled the next day.

WeTV VIP privilege will be able to continue until the end of the billing cycle. You can check the validity date from WeTV application > my account.
If customer subscribed to the Disney+ Hotstar, VIU PREMIUM, WeTV VIP or AIS KARAOKE package from AIS before applying for the PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package, how to suggest customers?
Recommend customers to get Disney+ Hotstar, VIU PREMIUM, WeTV VIP and AIS KARAOKE privileges from PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package, customers can cancel via AIS Call Center 1175, myAIS application

If the customer does not cancel, the service fee of the Disney+ Hotstar, VIU PREMIUM, WeTV VIP or AIS KARAOKE package that the customer has subscribed from AIS may be incurred.
