The AIS Mobile Care service fee consists of 2 parts:

  • Monthly fee based on the chosen package.
  • Swap or replacement service request fee.

Service Terms:

  • • The package fees exclude VAT.
  • • The service is for one mobile number per one device (1 Mobile No./ 1 IMEI) only.
  • • The service starts once you receive an SMS confirmation of service subscription.
  • • For the 12-Month package, after the first year ends, you will automatically be charged the monthly

Our staff will send a mobile phone to your home
within 6 hours for the Bangkok Metropolitan area
when you send the request on or before 14.00. For other areas, the phone will be sent within 1-2 days

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
